도 2는 일 예에 따른 종래의 적외선 스텔스 소자를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 적외선 스텔스 소자를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 적외선 스텔스 소자를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5a는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 적외선 스텔스 소자를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이고, 도 5b는 도 5a의 단면(X-X')을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (11)
- 제1금속층;
상기 제1금속층 상부에 형성된 절연체층; 및
상기 절연체층 상부에 형성된 제2금속층;을 포함하되,
상기 제2금속층은,
금속 링(ring)이거나, 또는 상기 금속 링(ring)의 중심에 금속 점(dot)이 위치하는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 적외선 스텔스 소자. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 링 및 금속 점은 복수 개로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 적외선 스텔스 소자. - 제3항에 있어서,
인접한 금속 점 사이의 거리(a0)는 상기 절연체층과 제2금속층의 유전율에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적외선 스텔스 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1금속층 및 제2금속층은 동일한 금속으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 적외선 스텔스 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1금속층 및 제2금속층은 서로 다른 금속으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 적외선 스텔스 소자. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1금속층 및 제2금속층은 은(Ag)으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 적외선 스텔스 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1금속층의 두께는 0.01~0.2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 적외선 스텔스 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연체층은,
실리카(SiO2) 또는 폴리이미드(polyimide)로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 적외선 스텔스 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연체층의 두께는 0.01~0.2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 적외선 스텔스 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2금속층의 표면은 유전체 박막층에 의해 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는, 적외선 스텔스 소자.
