Abstract
본 발명의 특징은 가이드패널의 상면의 각 모서리에 가이드월을 형성하고, 가이드패널의 내측으로는 상면안착부를 형성함으로써, 차광테이프를 가이드패널의 상면에 정확하게 위치하여 부착할 수 있으면서도 차광테이프와 가이드패널의 접착면적이 넓어져 차광테이프를 안정적으로 가이드패널의 상면에 부착할 수 있다.
이를 통해, 본 발명의 액정표시장치는 경량 및 박형 그리고 좁은베젤을 가지면서도, 차광테이프를 정위치에 부착할 수 있다. 따라서, 차광테이프가 가이드패널의 외부로 노출되거나 또는 차광테이프가 표시영역을 덮거나 빛샘현상이 발생하게 되는 문제점이 야기되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
따라서, 휘도 및 화질 저하 등이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (11)
- 입광부에 위치하는 광원을 포함하는 백라이트 유닛과;
상기 백라이트 유닛의 가장자리를 두르며, 상기 입광부의 반대측인 반입광부 측에 서로 이웃하는 두 가장자리가 이루는 각 모서리의 상면에 제 1 가이드월이 돌출 형성되고, 상기 각 모서리의 내측으로 상면안착부가 돌출 형성되는 가이드패널과;
상기 제 1 가이드월의 내측으로 상기 상면에 부착되며, 상기 제 1 가이드월에 대응하여 모서리의 일부가 떼어진 차광챔퍼부가 형성되며, 상기 상면안착부에 대응하여 모서리의 내측으로 돌출부가 형성된 차광테이프와;
상기 차광테이프 상부로 안착되는 액정패널
을 포함하며,
상기 차광테이프는 상기 입광부에 대응하는 일 가장자리는 제 1 폭을 가지며, 상기 반입광부에 대응하는 타 가장자리는 상기 제 1 폭 보다 좁은 제 2 폭을 가지며,
상기 차광챔퍼부는 상기 타 가장자리의 양측 끝단에 각각 위치하며,
상기 돌출부를 포함하는 상기 타 가장자리의 각 모서리의 제 3 폭은 상기 제 2 폭 보다 넓은 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 백라이트 유닛은 도광판을 포함하며, 상기 도광판은 상기 상면안착부에 대응하는 도광판챔퍼부가 형성되는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가이드패널은 제 1 내지 제 4 가장자리로 이루어지며, 상기 제 1 내지 제 4 가장자리 중 상기 반입광부에 대응하는 상기 제 1 가장자리와 상기 제 1 가장자리와 수직한 상기 제 2 및 제 3 가장자리부가 이루는 각 모서리의 내측으로 상기 상면안착부가 돌출 형성되는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 가이드월의 높이는 상기 차광테이프의 두께에 대응하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 상면안착부는 상기 제 1 가이드월의 폭에 대응하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가이드패널은 서로 이웃하는 두 가장자리가 이루는 각 모서리의 배면에 제 2 가이드월이 돌출 형성되고, 모서리의 내측으로 배면안착부가 돌출 형성되며, 상기 제 2 가이드월에 대응하여 모서리의 일부가 떼어진 반사판챔퍼부가 형성된 반사판이 상기 제 2 가이드월의 내측으로 상기 배면에 부착되는 액정표시장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 배면안착부는 상기 제 2 가이드월의 폭에 대응하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차광테이프는 접착성물질로 이루어지는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 광원은 상기 입광부에 위치하는 도광판의 입광면과 대면하는 LED어셈블리로 이루어지며,
상기 도광판 상부로는 광학시트가 위치하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차광챔퍼부에 의해 형성되며, 상기 타 가장자리와 이웃하여 위치하는 가장자리를 연결하는 외측 모서리면은
상기 돌출부에 의해 형성되며, 상기 타 가장자리와 이웃하여 위치하는 가장자리를 연결하는 내측 모서리면과 평행하게 서로 마주보는 액정표시장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 돌출부는 상기 내측 모서리면과 상기 타 가장자리의 내측면과 이웃하여 위치하는 가장자리의 내측면이 이루는 모서리를 통해 삼각형 형상으로 이루어지는 액정표시장치.
