Claims (10)
- 중량 평균 분자량이 28000 내지 32000 범위인 1-성분 비스페놀 A 개질 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 에폭시 수지 (a),
290 내지 320의 에폭시 값을 갖는 비스페놀 A 에폭시 수지 (b), 및
사이클로헥사논, 메틸 에틸 케톤 및 부틸 아세테이트의 혼합물을 포함하는 용매를 포함하고,
경화제를 함유하지 않는
코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
코팅 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 35 내지 60 중량%의 에폭시 수지 (a)를 포함하는 코팅 조성물. - 삭제
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 용매가, 2 내지 3 : 3 내지 5 : 4 내지 6 중량비의 사이클로헥사논, 메틸 에틸 케톤 및 부틸 아세테이트의 혼합물을 포함하는, 코팅 조성물. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 비스페놀 A 에폭시 수지 (b)가, 코팅 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 2 내지 10 중량%의 양으로 상기 코팅 조성물에 존재하는, 코팅 조성물. - (i) 금속 기재;
(ii) 베이스 코트로서 상기 금속 기재의 적어도 일부 상에 코팅된 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 5 항 및 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 코팅 조성물; 및
(iii) 상기 베이스 코트의 적어도 일부 상에 코팅된 탑 코트
를 포함하는 코팅된 기재. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 기재가 냉간 압연 스틸, 폴리싱(polishing) 스틸, 블랙 스틸, 인산 철-처리 스틸, 인산 아연-처리 스틸, 핫-딥(hot-dip) 아연도금(galvanized) 스틸, 알루미늄-아연-마그네슘 합금, 전기아연도금 스틸 쉬트, 주석 판, 스테인레스 스틸 또는 황동인, 코팅된 기재. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 탑 코트가 알키드 탑 코트, 폴리우레탄 탑 코트, 알키드 아미노 탑 코트 또는 아크릴 아미노 탑 코트를 포함하는, 코팅된 기재.
