Claims (4)
- 굴착장비를 설계심도까지 지중에 관입하는 관입단계와, 상기 굴착장비를 다시 인발하는 인발단계와, 상기 관입단계 또는 인발단계 중 적어도 하나의 단계에서 해상용 고화제 조성물을 주입하여 굴착된 지반의 토양과 혼합하는 믹싱단계와, 상기 믹싱단계에서 주입 및 혼합된 상기 고화제 조성물이 경화되는 양생단계를 포함하는 심층혼합공법에 있어서,
상기 해상용 고화제 조성물은 산업부산물을 원료로 하여 제조되는 에코시멘트 및 PVA 또는 PP 재질의 섬유보강제를 혼합교반하여 조성되되,
상기 에코시멘트는 제철소의 선철 제조시 발생되는 고로슬래그 미분말 20~50중량%와, 열병합발전소 및 화력발전소의 연료소각시 발생되는 플라이 애쉬 10~40중량%와, 알루미늄 제강공정에서 발생되는 부산물을 통해 제조되는 강도보강제 10~35중량%와, 황산염 자극 및 포졸란 반응을 유도하기 위한 자극제 1~5중량%를 혼합하여 조성되고,
상기 섬유보강제는 PVA 또는 PP 재질의 섬유를 120~180℃로 5~10분간 열처리한 다음 80~100℃의 물에 15~20분간 침지한 후 상온에서 건조하여 전처리된 것을 사용하며,
상기 해상용 고화제 조성물은 에코시멘트 100중량부에 대하여 상기 전처리된 섬유보강제 0.1~1.5중량부가 혼합교반되어 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 해상용 고화제 조성물을 이용한 심층혼합공법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자극제는 물유리 또는 수산화칼륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 해상용 고화제 조성물을 이용한 심층혼합공법.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 믹싱단계에서 관입된 지중의 바닥부터 1/10 높이까지는 에코시멘트 100중량부에 대하여 섬유보강제 1~1.5중량부가 혼합된 해상용 고화제 조성물이 주입되고, 그 이상의 높이부터는 에코시멘트 100중량부에 대하여 0.1~1.5중량부가 혼합된 해상용 고화제 조성물이 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 해상용 고화제 조성물을 이용한 심층혼합공법.
