Claims (5)
- 투명 재질로 이루어지고, 단부는 차폐되어 레이저 광을 조사하는 광 섬유가 내부에 밀폐된 상태로 매설됨에 따라 외부로 노출되지 않으며, 상기 광 섬유에서 발생된 레이저 광은 투명 재질에 의해 외부로 조사되되, 길이 방향으로 일정 간격만큼 조직 공간부가 형성된 니들과 절개용 튜브 및 외장 튜브로 구성되되, 상기 절개용 튜브 및 니들이 각각 외장 튜브 및 절개용 튜브로부터 격발이 이루어지는 니들부;
상기 니들부가 장착되도록 상하부로 구성되어 측면에 슬라이딩홈이 형성되고, 상기 절개용 튜브를 상기 외장 튜브로부터 격발시키는 제1 버튼과, 상기 조직 공간부가 형성된 니들을 상기 절개용 튜브로부터 격발시키는 제2 버튼이 형성된 본체; 및
상기 절개용 튜브의 작동거리를 조절하는 것으로서, 상기 본체에 결합되는 장착 튜브와, 이 장착 튜브에 신축삽입되는 조절 튜브로 구성되되, 상기 조절 튜브의 일단에는 상기 외장 튜브를 수납하는 가이드 튜브에 연결되고, 상기 조절 튜브에는 눈금이 표시된 나사체결홈이 형성되며, 내부의 절개용 튜브를 소망하는 작동거리를 나타내는 눈금이 표시된 나사체결홈에 나사체결함에 따라 상기 절개용 튜브가 나사체결된 거리만큼 작동거리를 조절할 수 있도록 하는 거리조절부재를 포함하여, 생검 기능과 광역학 치료 기능을 한꺼번에 수행할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 광역학 치료 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 니들은, 플렉서블한 크리스탈 사파이어의 강화 유리 재질, 일반 강화 유리 재질, 강화플라스틱 재질 중, 어느 하나의 재질로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 광역학 치료 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 니들의 선단은, 일측 방향이 뾰족하거나, 중앙 부위가 뾰족하거나, 라운드지게 형성되어 뭉뚱한 형상 중, 어느 하나의 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 광역학 치료 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 니들은,
상기 광 섬유가 매설되는 길이만큼 투명 재질로 제작된 제1 니들부로 구성되고,
상기 광 섬유가 매설되지 않은 길이만큼은 연철로 제작된 제2 니들부로 구성되며,
상기 제1 니들부와 상기 제2 니들부가 결합되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 광역학 치료 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 니들의 선단은,
수평 방향에 대하여 수직 방향으로의 경사 각도는 30~90도인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 광역학 치료 장치.
