Claims (12)
- 기판;
상기 기판의 일면에 배치되고 한 쌍의 제1전극부을 연결하는 제1아우터 패턴부;
상기 제1아우터 패턴부와 병렬로 상기 한 쌍의 제1전극부를 연결하고 상기 제1아우터 패턴부와 이격된 제2아우터 패턴부;
상기 제1아우터 패턴부 및 제2아우터 패턴부의 내측에 위치하도록 상기 기판의 일면에 배치되고 상기 제1아우터 패턴부 및 제2아우터 패턴부와 이격되며 상기 한 쌍의 제1전극부와 이격된 한 쌍의 제2전극부를 연결하는 이너 패턴부를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 아우터 패턴부는 복수개의 베이스 트랙을 포함하고,
상기 제 2 아우터 패턴부는 복수개의 병렬 트랙을 포함하고,
서로 인접한 상기 병렬 트랙 간의 간격은, 서로 인접한 상기 베이스 트랙과 상기 병렬 트랙 사이의 간격보다 큰 전기 히터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1아우터 패턴부 및 제2아우터 패턴부 각각의 폭은 상기 이너 패턴부의 폭보다 좁은 전기 히터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 아우터 패턴부와 상기 아우터 패턴부 사이의 간격은 일정한 전기 히터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1아우터 패턴부는,
상기 제1전극부에 연결된 제1베이스 트랙;
상기 제1베이스 트랙과 이격된 제2베이스 트랙; 및
상기 제1베이스 트랙 및 제2베이스 트랙을 직렬로 연결하는 제1베이스 브릿지를 포함하고,
상기 제2아우터 패턴부는,
상기 제1전극부에 연결되고, 상기 제1베이스 트랙 및 제2베이스 트랙의 사이에 위치한 제1병렬 트랙;
상기 제1병렬 트랙과 이격되고, 상기 제1병렬 트랙 및 제2베이스 트랙 사이에 위치한 제2병렬 트랙; 및
상기 제1병렬 트랙 및 제2병렬 트랙을 직렬로 연결하는 제1병렬 브릿지를 포함하는 전기 히터. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제1베이스 브릿지의 길이는 상기 제1병렬 브릿지의 길이보다 긴 전기 히터. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제1병렬 트랙과 상기 제2병렬 트랙 사이의 간격은, 상기 제1베이스 트랙과 상기 제1병렬 트랙 사이의 간격 및 상기 제2베이스 트랙과 상기 제2병렬 트랙 사이의 간격보다 큰 전기 히터. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제1아우터 패턴부는,
상기 제2베이스 트랙과 이격된 제3베이스 트랙; 및
상기 제2베이스 트랙과 상기 제3베이스 트랙을 직렬로 연결하는 제2베이스 브릿지를 더 포함하고,
상기 제2아우터 패턴부는,
상기 제3베이스 트랙을 기준으로 상기 제2병렬 트랙의 반대편에 위치하는 제3병렬 트랙; 및
상기 제2병렬 트랙과 상기 제3병렬 트랙을 직렬로 연결하는 제2병렬 브릿지를 더 포함하는 전기 히터. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제2베이스 브릿지의 길이는 상기 제2병렬 브릿지의 길이보다 짧은 전기 히터. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제1베이스 브릿지는 상기 제1병렬 브릿지와 이격되며 상기 제1병렬 브릿지를 둘러싸고,
상기 제2병렬 브릿지는 상기 제2베이스 브릿지와 이격되며 상기 제2베이스 브릿지를 둘러싸는 전기 히터. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제2베이스 트랙과 상기 제3베이스 트랙 사이의 간격은, 상기 제2베이스 트랙과 상기 제2병렬 트랙 사이의 간격 및 상기 제3베이스 트랙과 상기 제3병렬 트랙 사이의 간격보다 큰 전기 히터. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제2베이스 브릿지 및 제2병렬 브릿지는 상기 제1전극부를 향해 돌출되게 만곡된 전기 히터. - 기판;
상기 기판의 일면에 배치되고 한 쌍의 제1전극부을 연결하는 아우터 패턴부;
상기 아우터 패턴부의 내측에 위치하도록 상기 기판의 일면에 배치되고 상기 아우터 패턴부와 이격되며 상기 한 쌍의 제1전극부와 이격된 한 쌍의 제2전극부를 연결하는 제1이너 패턴부; 및
상기 제1이너 패턴부와 병렬로 상기 한 쌍의 제2전극부를 연결하고 상기 제1이너 패턴부와 이격된 제2이너 패턴부를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 이너 패턴부는 복수개의 베이스 트랙을 포함하고,
상기 제 2 이너 패턴부는 복수개의 병렬 트랙을 포함하고,
서로 인접한 상기 병렬 트랙 간의 간격은, 서로 인접한 상기 베이스 트랙과 상기 병렬 트랙 사이의 간격보다 큰 전기 히터.
