- 보일러 튜브용 세라믹 복합 코팅재의 제조 방법에 있어서,
55~75 중량%의 규산알칼리염 수용액을 제공하는 단계; 및
상기 수용액 내에 20~40 중량%의 내열성 세라믹 분말과 1~5 중량%의 활성 금속 충전제를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 규산알칼리염 수용액에서 Na2O 수용액 : K2O 수용액 : Li2O 수용액의 중량비는 x : y : z로 표현되고, 여기서 x>0, y≥0, z>0, z≥y이며,
상기 규산칼륨 수용액은 비중이 1.38~1.40, 상기 규산나트륨 수용액은 비중이 1.39~1.41, 상기 규산리튬 수용액은 비중이 1.19~1.21이며,
상기 혼합 단계에서,
상기 내열성 세라믹 분말은 Ni, Mn 및 Co로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 금속의 산화물과 크롬 산화물을 포함하고,
상기 세라믹 복합 코팅재는 상기 규산 알칼리염과 상기 내열성 세라믹 분말로 이루어지는 가장 낮은 융점의 액상 화합물이 Na2CrO4이 되도록 배합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러 튜브용 세라믹 복합 코팅재의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 Na2CrO4의 융점은 795 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러 튜브용 세라믹 복합 코팅재의 제조 방법.
