Abstract
Description
도 2 는 도전성 라인들 및 비아들의 부분적 맵핑을 갖는 인터포저 레이어를 나타내는 본 발명의 개략도의 분해조립도이다.

Claims (15)
- 적어도 2 개의 전극 레이어들을 포함하는 백플레인으로서,
제 1 전극 레이어는 구동 전극들의 적어도 하나의 행을 포함하고, 상기 구동 전극들은 제 1 치수를 갖고,
제 2 전극 레이어는 디스플레이 전극들의 적어도 하나의 행을 포함하고, 디스플레이 전극들의 상기 적어도 하나의 행 중에서 각각의 디스플레이 전극은 상기 구동 전극들의 상기 적어도 하나의 행 중에서 단일의 구동 전극과 연관되고, 상기 디스플레이 전극들은 상기 제 1 치수보다 더 큰 제 2 치수를 가지며, 상기 단일의 구동 전극은 상기 연관된 디스플레이 전극만을 구동시키는, 백플레인. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 전극 레이어와 상기 제 2 전극 레이어 사이에 배치된 적어도 하나의 인터포저 레이어를 더 포함하는, 백플레인. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 인터포저 레이어는 상기 구동 전극들과 상기 디스플레이 전극들 사이에 전기적 접속들을 형성하는 도전성 비아들을 포함하는, 백플레인. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
