Abstract
혼합되어 투입되는 생활 쓰레기 및 산업 폐기물들 중에서 고형체 연료인 펠릿을 제조하는 펠릿 제조장치측으로 원료를 얻기 위한 전처리 시스템을 제공하되, 혼합되어 공급되는 각종 쓰레기류에서 펠릿 연료로 사용되기 위한 원료로 활용될 수 있는 재료의 특성에 따른 정확한 선별 및 분류 작업이 가능하여, 펠릿 제조장치로 공급할 수 있어 작업의 효율성 및 선별의 정확성을 확보할 수 있어, 펠릿 제조를 위한 양질의 원료를 확보할 수 있는 효과와, 각종 쓰레기들 이송 및 비닐봉지의 파쇄과정에서 발생되는 가스와 각종 쓰레기들의 충격 및 충돌 등에 의한 스파크 현상에 의한 화재 발생시 이를 유효하게 제어하여, 소화될 수 있도록 하므로서 쓰레기류의 이송 및 선별 등의 과정에서 발생될 수 있는 화재를 사전에 차단할 수 있는 효과는 물론, 쓰레기의 선별 및 분류를 위한 과정이 전자동으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 작업자에 의한 수작업 선별 및 분류 작업의 최소화가 가능하게 되므로, 작업 조건의 개선 효과를 기대할 수 있는, 고체연료 제조장치의 전처리 시스템에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 수거된 쓰레기류들이 투입되는 투입부(100);
상기 투입부를 통해 투입되는 쓰레기류가 이송되는 이송부(200);
쓰레기류 중 비닐봉지류는 이송부 내부에서 터트리도록 하는 분쇄날을 갖는 비닐봉지파쇄부(300);
상기 이송부(200)의 단부를 통해 배출되는 쓰레기류에 고압의 공기를 이용하여 각 쓰레기의 비중에 따라 각각 선별되도록 하는 선별브로워부(400);
상기 선별브로워부(400)에 의해 선별되는 쓰레기들이 낙하되며 분류, 분리되는 다수의 수용박스(1,2,3,4)를 갖는 선별분리수용부(500);
를 포함하고,
상기 선별분리수용부(500)를 통하여 각각 선별되는 다수의 수용박스(1,2,3,4) 중 최후단의 수용박스(4)를 제외한 나머지 수용박스(1,2,3)의 하단부를 통하여 다시 각 수용된 쓰레기들이 배출되도록 하여 그 하단으로 연결되는 제2이송부(600)를 통하여 이송되도록 하고, 상기 제2이송부(600)의 단부측 하단으로 제2선별브로워부(700)를 각각 구비하여, 각 수용박스(1,2,3) 하단을 통하여 배출되며 제2이송부(600)를 따라 이송되는 각 쓰레기들을 다시 각각 구비되는 제2선별브로워부(700)에 의해 선별되어 상기 제2이송부(600) 전방측에 구비되는 다수의 수용박스(1a~1c,2a~2c,3a~3c)를 구비하는 각각의 제2선별분리수용부(800)에 의해 선별되도록 하는 것을 포함하는 고체연료 제조장치의 전처리 시스템.
