Abstract
ALK-SO2-O-O-SO2OX (I),

Claims (10)
- 하기 화학식 (I)의 화합물:
ALK-SO2-O-O-SO2OX (I),
여기서, ALK는 분지형 알킬기, 비분지형 알킬기, 메틸기, 에틸기, 프로필기, 부틸기, 이소프로필기, 또는 이소부틸기이고, X는 수소, 아연, 알루미늄, 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속이다. - 제1항에 있어서,
황산, 또는 알킬설폰산 또는 메탄설폰산, 또는 이들의 조합 중에 있는 화합물. - 제2항에 있어서,
황산, 또는 알킬설폰산 또는 메탄설폰산, 또는 이들의 조합 중에 있는 혼합물. - 하기 단계들을 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 화합물(단, X는 수소임)의 제조 방법:
- 알칸설폰산류 또는 메탄설폰산을 과산화수소와 반응시키는 단계;

모노-알칼리 퍼옥소설페이트 또는 아연 퍼옥소설페이트 또는 알루미늄 퍼옥소설페이트 또는 알칼리 토금속 퍼옥소설페이트를 알칸설폰산 할라이드 또는 메탄설폰산 할라이드와 반응시키는 단계, 및 형성된 알칼리 금속 할라이드 또는 알칼리 토금속 할라이드로부터 제1항에 따른 화합물을 분리하는 단계;
또는
알칼리 모노-알킬퍼옥소설포네이트 또는 소듐 메틸퍼옥소설포네이트, 또는 아연 모노-알킬퍼옥소설포네이트 또는 알루미늄 모노-알킬퍼옥소설포네이트 또는 알칼리 토금속 모노-알킬퍼옥소설포네이트를 클로로설폰산 또는 브로모설폰산과 반응시키는 단계, 및 형성된 알칼리 금속 할라이드 또는 알칼리 토금속 할라이드로부터 제1항에 따른 화합물을 분리하는 단계. - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 분리하는 단계는 침전 또는 크로마토그래피에 의해서 실시되는 제1항에 따른 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 알칸 또는 메탄, 및 올레움으로부터 알칸설폰산류 또는 메탄설폰산을 제조하기 위한 개시제로서 사용되는 화합물.
- 하기 단계들을 포함하는 알칸설폰산류 또는 메탄설폰산의 제조 방법:
- 삼산화황 또는 올레움을 함유하는 용액을 준비하는 단계;
- 고압 오토클레이브 반응기 또는 실험실용 반응기에서 알칸 또는 메탄과 반응시키는 단계;
- 압력을 1 bar 내지 150 bar로 설정하는 단계;
- 알칸설폰산 또는 알칸설폰산을 함유하는 용액을 30 내지 100%(w/w) 과산화수소 용액과 반응시킴으로써 개시제로서의 제1항에 따른 화합물 또는 제2항 또는 제4항에 따른 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
- 상기 개시제 또는 이의 용액을 상기 반응기에 첨가하는 단계;
- 반응 혼합물의 온도를 0 내지 100℃로 조절하는 단계;
- 반응 혼합물을 증류 또는 추출에 의해 정제하는 단계. - 제1항에 있어서, 제9항에 따른 제조 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치에서 사용되는 화합물로서, 상기 장치는 제1 반응기(1), 제2 반응기(2), 증류 수단(3) 및 충전 수단(4), 상기 제2 반응기(2)에서 상기 제1 반응기(1)로의 연결부, 상기 제1 반응기(1)에서 상기 증류 수단(3)으로의 연결부, 및 상기 증류 수단(3)에서 상기 충전 수단(4), 상기 제2 반응기(2) 및 상기 제1 반응기(1) 각각으로의 연결부를 포함하고,
상기 제1 반응기(1)에서 삼산화황 및 알칸 또는 메탄이 개시제로서의 제1항에 따른 화합물과 반응하고, 상기 제2 반응기(2)에서 제1항에 따른 화합물이 형성되고, 상기 증류 수단(3)은 상기 제1 반응기(1)에서 형성된 생성물을 증류하는, 제9항에 따른 제조 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치에서 사용되는 화합물.
