- 전체형상이 T자형으로 형성되며,
상부부위에 중공되어 형성되며 상부가 개구된 수용부(12)와,
상기 수용부(12)로부터 외측으로 수직되게 돌출되고, 상기 수용부(12)와 연통되며 수평으로 형성된 수평유로(11a)가 형성된 수평유로부(11)와,
상기 수용부(12) 하부에 구비되고, 상기 수용부(12)보다 직경이 작으며, 호스가 결합되는 호스 결합부(13)가 구비된 밸브본체(10);
상기 밸브본체(10)의 상기 수용부(12)에 내삽되어 회전가능하게 설치되며, 상부로 갈수록 직경이 작아지며 외측에 단턱(21)이 형성되고, 상부 중앙에 키홀(22a)이 형성된 삽입고정부(22)가 상부에서 하부로 요입형성되며, 상기 삽입고정부(22) 하부에 이격되어 구비되며 회전에 의해 상기 수평유로(11a)와 연통되어 유체를 수직이동되도록 하거나, 회전에 의해 상기 수평유로(11a)와 차단되도록 하며 외주연에서 중앙으로 관통 형성되고 다시 하부로 관통형성되어 하단부가 상기 호스 결합부(13)에 결합된 호스와 연통되는 "ㄱ"자형 유로(23)가 구비된 밸브축(20);
내측에 상기 삽입고정부(22)에 삽입되어 고정되도록 키(31a)가 형성된 삽입부(31)가 구비되고, 외측에 상기 밸브본체(10)의 상부 일부를 감싸도록 회전가능하게 결합되는 회전부(30);
상기 회전부(30)의 상부에 구비된 회전손잡이(40);
상기 수용부(12)에 삽입되고 상기 수용부(12)의 내주연에 고정되며, 상기 수용부(12)에 삽입된 상기 밸브축(20)의 단턱(21)에 걸려 상기 밸브축(20)이 상기 수용부(12)의 상부로 이탈되는 것을 방지되도록 하는 이탈방지용 림(rim)(50);
상기 수평유로부(11)에 구비되며 상기 수평유로부(11)에 배관을 결합되도록 하는 배관 결합부(60);를 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 밸브본체(10)는, 상기 수평유로부(11)의 중간부위 외주연에 환형돌기부(14)가 구비되고, 상기 환형돌기부(14) 외측에 이격되고 상기 수평유로부(11)의 단부부위에 결합용 요홈(15)이 구비되며,
상기 배관 결합부(60)는,
회전가능하도록 일측이 상기 수평유로부(11)가 삽입되어 결합되며, 상기 환형돌기부(14)에 걸리는 걸림부(61a)가 형성되고, 상기 걸림부(61a) 외측 내주연에는 배관의 단부에 형성된 수나사부와 결합되도록 하는 암나사부(61b)가 형성되고, 수동으로 회전시키기 위한 다수의 리브가 외주연에 구비된 너트캡(61)과,
상기 너트캡(61)에 삽입되며 상기 결합용 요홈에 삽입되어 고정됨으로써 상기 너트캡의 걸림부가 상기 환형돌기부에 걸린 상태로 고정되도록 하는 너트캡 고정부(62)와,
상기 너트캡 고정부 및 상기 수평유로부(11)의 단부가 삽입되어 고정되고 중앙에 상기 수평유로부(11)의 수평유로(11a)와 상기 너트캡 고정부의 암나사부에 고정된 호스를 연통되도록 하는 연통공이 형성되며 상기 너트캡 고정부의 암나사부에 고정되는 호스에 의해 압착되어 실링하는 실링(63)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위블 너트 부착형 경량 셧오프밸브.
