Claims (9)
- 실변속 제어값이 목표 변속 제어값으로 되도록 무단 변속기의 변속 제어를 행하는 무단 변속기의 제어 장치이며,
상기 목표 변속 제어값을 산출하는 변속 제어 피드백 제어부와,
상기 목표 변속 제어값의 진행 보상을 행하는 진행 보상부와,
상기 무단 변속기의 입력측 회전 속도, 상기 무단 변속기의 종동측 회전 요소로의 입력 토크, 상기 무단 변속기의 변속비, 및 상기 변속비의 변화율 중 적어도 어느 것에 따라, 상기 변속 제어 피드백 제어부가 산출한 상기 목표 변속 제어값과 상기 진행 보상부에 의해 진행 보상이 행하여진 보상 후 목표 변속 제어값 중 어느 것을 상기 목표 변속 제어값으로서 선택함으로써 상기 목표 변속 제어값을 설정하는 설정부
를 갖는, 무단 변속기의 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실변속 제어값의 필터 처리를 행함과 함께, 고차의 저역 통과 필터를 구성하는 필터부,
를 더 갖는, 무단 변속기의 제어 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 설정부는, 상기 입력측 회전 속도 및 상기 입력 토크에 따른 동작점이, 상기 입력측 회전 속도 및 상기 입력 토크에 따라서 설정된 진행 보상 영역에 있는 경우에, 상기 보상 후 목표 변속 제어값을 상기 목표 변속 제어값으로서 설정하는,
무단 변속기의 제어 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 진행 보상 영역은, 상기 입력 토크가 소정 토크보다도 작은 영역을 포함하는,
무단 변속기의 제어 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 진행 보상 영역은, 상기 입력 토크가 상기 소정 토크 이상, 또한 상기 입력측 회전 속도가 소정 회전 속도 이상의 영역을 더 포함하고,
상기 소정 회전 속도는, 상기 입력 토크가 커질수록 커지도록 설정되는,
무단 변속기의 제어 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 설정부는, 상기 변속비가 소정 변속비보다도 큰 경우에, 상기 보상 후 목표 변속 제어값을 상기 목표 변속 제어값으로서 설정하는,
무단 변속기의 제어 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 설정부는, 상기 변화율이 소정값보다도 작은 경우에, 상기 보상 후 목표 변속 제어값을 상기 목표 변속 제어값으로서 설정하는,
무단 변속기의 제어 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 무단 변속기는, 로크업 클러치 구비 토크 컨버터를 통하여 동력이 입력되고,
상기 설정부는 또한, 상기 로크업 클러치가 체결되어 있는 경우에, 상기 보상 후 목표 변속 제어값을 상기 목표 변속 제어값으로서 설정하는,
무단 변속기의 제어 장치. - 실변속 제어값이 목표 변속 제어값으로 되도록 무단 변속기의 변속 제어를 행하는 무단 변속기의 제어 방법이며,
변속 제어 피드백 제어부가 상기 목표 변속 제어값을 산출하는 것과,
상기 목표 변속 제어값의 진행 보상을 행하는 것과,
상기 무단 변속기의 입력측 회전 속도, 상기 무단 변속기의 종동측 회전 요소로의 입력 토크, 상기 무단 변속기의 변속비, 및 상기 변속비의 변화율 중 적어도 어느 것에 따라, 상기 변속 제어 피드백 제어부가 산출한 상기 목표 변속 제어값과 진행 보상을 행한 보상 후 목표 변속 제어값 중 어느 것을 상기 목표 변속 제어값으로서 선택함으로써 상기 목표 변속 제어값을 설정하는 것
