Description

Oil-water separation equipment}Oil-water separation equipment

The present invention relates to an oil-water separation device, and more particularly, to an oil-water separation device that is easy to remove oil and does not block the outlet by food waste and oil even when used for a long time.

In general, living sewage generated in a home or restaurant is discharged by mixing food waste and oil components, so when discharged into a sewer pipe, oil components flow into the river, destroying the river ecological environment and further damaging the human body. There is an oil-water separation device installed in the sewage pipeline.

Various types of oil-water separation devices according to the related art are disclosed, but the most conventional technology close to the present invention can be found in the oil-water separation devices disclosed on the Internet https://dsclean.wixsite.com/dsclean2/1-c1rq0. .

1 is a view showing a conventional sewage separation device.

Referring to Figure 1, the conventional sewage separation device, a space portion (1a) is formed inside, an inlet (1b) is formed into the sewage is introduced into one side, the other side of the sewage from which oil is removed from the sewage Is installed in the main body (1) is formed with a discharge outlet (1c) is formed, and the space portion (1a) of the main body (1), the lower part is open to the central and the outlet sewage sewage flowing from the inlet (1b) (1c) includes an inner cylinder (2) to be moved to the side.

The sewage separation device according to the prior art configured as described above, the living sewage flowing from the inlet 1b is moved to the lower side opened through the flow path 3 between the inner diameter of the main body 1 and the outer diameter of the inner cylinder 2, and the food waste is removed. The contaminants, such as and oil, are moved to the inside of the inner cylinder (2) and floated to the top, and the sewage from which food waste and oil is removed from the sewage from which the contaminants are removed is flowed through the outlet (1c) to the sewer.

However, the conventional sewage separating device, while the food waste and oil flows into the inlet (1b), the inside of the inner cylinder (2) and the flow path (3) is not exactly separated, the outlet (1c) near (A) flow Some food waste and oil are discharged to the furnace (3), and when used for a long time, there is a problem that the outlet 1c is blocked by food waste and oil on the outlet 1c side.

In addition, the conventional sewage separation device, the sediment, such as food waste, is deposited on the lower side (B) of the main body (1) to block the flow path (3), and the water is always full, which makes it difficult to remove the sediment. have.

The living sewage is introduced into the space portion 11 of the main body 10 through the inlet 12 and while passing through the filter basket 30, impurities of a certain size are removed by the filter body 31 and automatic overflow means 50 ) Is conducted, and the oil is adsorbed by the oil adsorption unit 40 installed in the filter basket 30.

In addition, the conductive plate 51 of the automatic overflow means 50 is returned to the original state again by the elastic member of the hinge 52 and blocks the flow of oil and fat into the inlet 12 side.

In addition, the living sewage introduced into the inlet 12 flows into the space 11 of the settling pipe 20 and the main body 10 through the upper and lower penetrating portions 22a and 22b, and the food waste is main body. The lower end of the (10) is collected on the lower side of the inclined surface (15) and the settling pipe (20), and the rest of the water is flowed through the outlet (13) to the sewer.
