Claims (11)
- 샤프트 홀을 구비하는 하우징;
상기 샤프트 홀에서 멀어지는 방향으로 배치된 제1공간과 상기 샤프트 홀에 인접한 제2공간 사이에 배치되는 멤브레인;
상기 멤브레인을 기준으로 양 측에 배치된 제1전극체 및 제2전극체;
상기 샤프트 홀을 통해 상기 하우징의 외부로 연장된 샤프트; 및
상기 하우징의 내부 공간에 구비되는 제1유체;
를 포함하는, 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 샤프트는 상기 제1공간에서 상기 제2공간을 향하는 제1방향 및 상기 제1방향의 반대인 제2방향을 따라 왕복 운동하는, 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1유체의 체적은 상기 내부 공간의 체적보다 작은, 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1유체는 상기 제1공간 및 상기 제2공간에 각각 구비되고,
