Claims (12)
- 탄소원을 포함하는 방사원료를 환원가스를 포함하는 캐리어 가스 존재 하에 방사하여 탄소나노튜브 섬유를 제조함에 있어서,
상기 방사원료는 50 내지 150 sccm의 유량으로 공급하고 상기 캐리어 가스는 1 내지 5 L/min의 유량으로 공급함으로써, 환원가스에 대한 탄소원의 몰비[탄소원/환원가스]를 0.03 이상으로 조절하여 탄소나노튜브 섬유 집합체 강도를 조절하는 것인 탄소나노튜브 섬유 집합체 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 환원가스에 대한 탄소원의 몰비[탄소원/환원가스] 값이 클수록 파단신율 값이 증가하는 것인 탄소나노튜브 섬유 집합체 제조 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 환원가스에 대한 탄소원의 몰비[탄소원/환원가스] 및 파단신율이 하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 것인 탄소나노튜브 섬유 집합체 제조 방법:

상기 식 1에 있어서,
y는 파단신율, x는 환원가스에 대한 탄소원의 몰비를 의미한다. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 환원가스가 수소 가스, 암모니아 가스 또는 이들의 혼합 가스를 포함하는 것인 탄소나노튜브 섬유 집합체 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐리어 가스가 불활성 가스를 더 포함하는 것인 탄소나노튜브 섬유 집합체 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방사원료가 액상 또는 기상의 탄소화합물에 촉매 전구체가 분산되어 있는 것인 탄소나노튜브 섬유 집합체의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 액상 또는 기상의 탄소화합물이 메탄, 에틸렌, 아세틸렌, 메틸아세틸렌, 비닐아세틸렌, 에탄올, 메탄올, 프로판올, 아세톤, 자일렌, 클로로포름, 에틸아세트산, 디에틸에테르, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 에틸포르메이트, 메시틸렌, 테트라하이드로퓨란(THF), 디메틸포름아마이드(DMF), 디클로로메탄, 헥산, 벤젠, 사염화탄소 및 펜탄으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인 탄소나노튜브 섬유 집합체 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 촉매 전구체가 철, 니켈, 코발트, 백금, 루테늄, 몰리브덴, 바나듐 및 이의 산화물로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인 탄소나노튜브 섬유 집합체 제조 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 촉매 전구체가 메탈로센 형태인 것인 탄소나노튜브 섬유 집합체 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
방사원료로부터 탄소나노튜브를 형성하고 이를 연속적으로 융합하여 탄소나노튜브 섬유를 직접 방사하는 것인 탄소나노튜브 섬유 집합체 제조방법. - 삭제
