Claims (16)
- 하기 일반식 1의 아미노산 서열인 폴리펩티드를 포함하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물:

R1-X1-QGTFTSDYSKYLD-R2-EFVQWLMNT-R3
여기서,
R1은 히스티딘이며;
X1은 Aib(aminoisobutyric acid)이고;
R2는 EQAAK이며;
R3는 시스테인이다. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리펩티드는 비펩티드성 중합체, 지방산, 콜레스테롤, 항체, 항체 단편, 알부민 및 이의 단편, 뉴클레오티드, 피브로넥틱(fibronectin), 트렌스페린, FcRn 결합물질, 사카라이드(saccharide), 엘라스틴, 헤파린 및 이들의 유도체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상과 공유결합하거나 봉입체(microsphere)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 R2은 글루타민 산(E) 및 라이신(K)을 포함하며, 상기 글루타민 산 및 라이신은 아미드 결합(Amide bonding)으로 링을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 비펩티드성 중합체는 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG), 폴리프로필렌 글리콜, 에틸렌 글리콜과 프로필렌 글리콜의 공중합체, 폴리옥시에틸화 폴리올, 폴리비닐알콜(PVA), 폴리사카라이드, 덱스트란, 폴리비닐에틸에테르, PLA(폴리락트산, polylactic acid), PLGA(폴리락틱-글리콜산, polylactic-glycolic acid), 지질 중합체, 키틴, 히아루론산 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 비펩티드성 중합체는 폴리에틸렌글리콜 또는 이의 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 비펩티드성 중합체는 분자량이 3,000 내지 100,000Da인 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌글리콜 유도체는 메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜, 메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜 N-히드록시숙신이미드, 메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜 프로피온알데히드, 메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜 말레이미드, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 숙신이미딜 프로피오네이트(PEG succinimidyl propionate), 메톡시 폴리에틸렌글리콜 숙신이미딜 프로피오네이트(metoxy PEG succinimidyl propionate), 아클릴레이트 폴리에틸렌글리콜 숙신이미딜 프로피오네이트(Acrylate PEG succinimidyl propionate), 티올 폴리에틸렌글리콜 숙신이미딜 프로피오네이트(Thiol PEG succinimidyl propionate), 히드록시숙신이미딜 폴리에틸렌글리콜(hydroxy succinimidyl PEG), 메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜 숙신이미딜 카르복시메틸 에스터(mPEG succinimidyl carboxymethyl ester), 아클릴레이트 폴리에틸렌글리콜 숙신이미딜 카르복시메틸 에스터(Acrylate-PEG succinimidyl carboxymethyl ester), 폴리에틸렌글리콜 숙신이미딜 카르보네이트(PEG succinimidyl carbonate), 폴리에틸렌글리콜 프로피온 알데히드(PEG propion aldehyde), 폴리에틸렌글리콜 부틸 알데히드(PEG butyl aldehyde) 또는 이들 유도체의 다중가지형인 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌글리콜 또는 이의 유도체는 선형 또는 가지형인 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물. - 하기 일반식 1의 아미노산 서열인 폴리펩티드; 및
비펩티드성 중합체를 포함하는 결합체를 포함하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물의 제조방법으로,
폴리펩티드와 비펩티드성 중합체를 혼합하여 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물의 제조방법:

여기서,
R1은 히스티딘이며;
X1은 Aib(aminoisobutyric acid)이고;

상기 비펩티드성 중합체는 폴리에틸렌글리콜 또는 이의 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물의 제조방법. - 제 12항에 있어서,

상기 폴리펩티드와 비펩티드성 중합체를 혼합하여 반응시키는 단계는 폴리펩티드와 비펩티드성 중합체를 1:1 내지 1:5의 몰비로 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물의 제조방법. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 폴리펩티드와 비펩티드성 중합체를 혼합하여 반응시키는 단계는 pH 4.0 내지 9.0에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물의 제조방법. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 폴리펩티드와 비펩티드성 중합체를 혼합하여 반응시키는 단계의 반응 시간은 1 내지 24시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물의 제조방법.
