상기 침피 추출물은 정제수 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.057 ~ 0.059 중량부로 구성되며,
상기 묘수초 발효액은 정제수 100 중량부를 기준으로 1.18 ~ 1.19 중량부로 구성되고,
상기 침피 추출물은, 세절하여 음건한 물푸레나무의 줄기 껍질을 정제수에 70%(v/v) 에탄올 수용액으로 6시간 환류추출하고 냉각한 후, 여과지로 여과한 다음, 여과된 추출물은 50℃ 이하에서 감압농축 및 동결건조하여 제조되고,
상기 묘수초 발효액은, 묘수초 잎을 수득한 다음, 묘수초, 소금, 식초를 1 : 3 : 1의 비율로 혼합한 다음 1개월동안 발효시키고, 고형물을 분리한 상등액만을 수득하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는,
