Abstract
따라서, 바탕면에 형성된 신축줄눈이 탈기로로서 이용되어 바탕면에서 방출되는 수증기 또는 가스가 방수층의 외곽으로 유도된 후 탈기되게 함으로써, 안정적인 탈기로가 확보되며, 이에 따라, 안정적으로 수증기나 가스가 탈기되므로, 후속공정에 의해 형성된 방수층에 에어포켓 등이 형성되는 것을 억제하는 에어로드가 형성된 탈기시트 및 이를 이용한 탈기공법을 제공한다.

Claims (3)
- 플렉시블(Flexible)한 소재의 필름형 관구조로 이루어지며, 내경으로 관통되도록 다수 개의 통공(102a)이 외경에 관통형성된 에어로드(102)와;
상기 에어로드(102)의 상, 하부로 적층되어 에어로드(102)가 매입될 수 있도록 일체형으로 형성되며, 바탕면(104) 또는 신축 줄눈(104a)에서 기화되는 수분이 통과되도록 다수 개의 기공이 하부에서 에어로드(102)까지 형성된 탈기부재(106)를 포함하며,
상기 탈기부재(106)는,
아스팔트 또는 부틸 30 ~ 45 중량%, SBS고무 10 ~ 20 중량%, SB LATEX 3 ~ 10 중량%, 셀룰로오스 10 ~ 15 중량%가소제 6 ~ 17 중량%, 점착증진수지 5 ~ 12 중량%, 흐름방지재 2 ~ 5 중량%, 충진재 10 ~ 20 중량%, PVB(polyvinyl butyral) 1 ~ 5 중량%, 소석회 2 ~ 5 중량%, 습윤점착제 3 ~ 8 중량%로 이루어진 상, 하부 시트부(106a)(106b)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로드(102)가 형성된 탈기시트.
- 삭제
- 바탕면(104)을 정리하고 프라이머를 도포하여 프라이머층을 형성하는 프라이머 도포단계와;
상기 바탕면(104)에 형성된 신축 줄눈(104a) 상부면에 제1항에 의한 에어로드(102)가 형성된 탈기시트(110)를 부착하는 제1부착단계와;
상기 제1부착단계에 의해 부착되는 탈기시트(110)가 바탕면(104) 끝단의 코너부와 측벽면(104b)에 기립하여 부착되게 하는 제2부착단계와;
상기 제2부착단계에 의해 측벽면(104b)에 부착된 탈기시트(110)의 끝단(A)에 탈기구를 형성하는 탈기구 형성단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로드(102)가 형성된 탈기시트를 이용한 탈기공법.
