Claims (9)
- 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열로 구성되는 에스터라제 단백질.
- 제1항의 에스터라제 단백질을 암호화하는 유전자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 서열번호 2의 염기서열로 구성되는, 유전자.
- 제2항 또는 제3항의 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터.
- 제4항의 재조합 벡터를 숙주세포에 도입한 형질전환체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 숙주세포는 원핵세포 또는 진핵세포인, 형질전환체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 원핵세포는 대장균인, 형질전환체.
- 1) 제5항의 형질전환체를 배양하는 단계;
2) 상기 배양된 형질전환체 또는 이의 배양 상등액으로부터 에스터라제 단백질을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 에스터라제 단백질의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2)의 회수한 에스터라제 단백질을 정제하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 에스터라제 단백질의 제조방법.
