Abstract
본 발명에 따른 특수형 코니컬 트윈 스크류 압출성형장치는, 테이퍼진 형상을 갖는 케이싱(111)과, 이 케이싱의 상단에 구비된 원료투입구(112)와, 상기 케이싱(111)의 선단에 구비된 원료배출구(113)와, 상기 케이싱(111)을 관통하여 회전가능하게 구비된 코니컬 트윈 스크류(114)을 포함하고, 하부 베이스(140)상에 전후 일정 간격을 두고 배치된 제 1상부 베이스(150)와 제 2상부 베이스(152)에 걸쳐 고정 설치되어 원료를 압축공급하는 코니컬 트윈 스크류 압출부(110); 및 전동모터(121)에 의해 회전축(122)을 구동하여 상기 코니컬 트윈 스크류 압출부(110)의 트윈 스크류(114)를 통해 이동하는 원료배출구(113)의 원료를 일정량 압송하는 기어펌프(120)를 포함하여 구성된다.

Claims (2)
- 테이퍼진 형상을 갖는 케이싱(111)과, 이 케이싱의 상단에 구비된 원료투입구(112)와, 상기 케이싱(111)의 선단에 구비된 원료배출구(113)와, 상기 케이싱(111)을 관통하여 회전가능하게 구비된 테이퍼 형상의 코니컬 트윈 스크류(114)를 포함하고, 하부 베이스(140)상에 전후 일정 간격을 두고 배치된 제 1상부 베이스(150)와 제 2상부 베이스(152)에 걸쳐 고정 설치되어 원료를 압축공급하는 코니컬 트윈 스크류 압출부(110); 및 선단에 원료내의 이물질을 제거하기 위한 이물질 제거장치(130)가 구비되고, 전동모터(121)에 의해 회전축(122)을 구동하여 상기 코니컬 트윈 스크류 압출부(110)의 코니컬 트윈 스크류(114)를 통해 이동하는 상기 원료배출구(113)의 원료를 일정량 압송하는 기어펌프(120)를 포함하여 구성되는 특수형 코니컬 트윈 스크류 압출성형장치에 있어서,
상기 코니컬 트윈 스크류(114)의 회전날개의 리드각(lead angle) 크기는 상기 원료투입구(112)와 상기 원료배출구(113)의 각 위치에서 서로 다르게 구성하여, 콘베이어(20)로부터 혼련물이 공급될 때, 상기 코니컬 트윈 스크류(114)를 통해 혼련물을 압출하기 위한 압력을 발생시킴과 아울러, 원료의 역류를 억제하는 것이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 특수형 코니컬 트윈 스크류 압출성형장치. - 삭제
