도 2는 도 1에 도시된 A-A의 단면도이다.
도 3은 도 2에 도시된 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 신경문합용 인공도관에 신경이 삽입, 접합되어 있는 모습을 보여주는 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 신경문합용 인공도관에 서로 다른 크기의 신경들이 삽입, 접합되어 있는 모습을 보여주는 단면도이다.

Claims (8)
- 생체 내에 흡수되어 신경의 재생을 돕는 생분해성 고분자 물질로 제작된 파이프 형태의 도관(110); 및
상기 도관의 내측 중앙부에 구비되어 상기 도관에 삽입되는 신경이 빠지지 않게 잡아주는 신경고정자(120);를 포함하며,
상기 신경고정자는 신경의 삽입방향을 따라 비스듬하게 기울어져 있으며,
상기 도관은,
상기 도관의 중앙부 영역에서 상기 도관의 둘레방향을 따라 소정거리 이웃하여 복수의 구멍이 형성되고,
상기 구멍은,
원주방향의 길이가 상기 도관의 둘레방향을 따라 소정거리 이웃하는 거리에 비해서 상대적으로 크게 형성되며, 상기 도관의 축방향을 따라 소정간격으로 복수로 병렬배치되며,
상기 구멍을 통해 체액이 상기 도관 내측으로 공급하며, 상기 구멍을 통해 상기 도관 내에서 맞닿는 신경의 위치가 확인되도록 하며,
상기 신경고정자(120)는,
상기 소정간격을 형성하여 축방향으로 병렬배치되는 상기 구멍 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경문합용 인공도관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도관의 양단부는 직경이 서로 다르게 제작되며, 상기 양단부 중 직경이 큰 단부는 중앙부로 갈수록 점차 직경이 작아지도록 경사진 형태로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경문합용 인공도관.

상기 구멍을 통해 신경접합용 글루가 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경문합용 인공도관.

상기 신경고정자는 갈고리 모양으로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경문합용 인공도관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도관은 PCL이나 PLCL 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 신경문합용 인공도관.
