Claims (7)
- 파팅면(parting面) 상호간을 접촉시켜서 금형이 체결되는 한 쌍의 분할금형을 갖고, 바닥면을 구비하는 중공용기를 성형하는 성형공간을 형성하는 블로우캐비티금형(blow cavity金型)과,
상기 성형공간의 바닥면을 형성하는 바닥금형(bottom 金型)과,
상면측에 상기 바닥금형이 고정됨과 아울러 하면측에 승강장치(昇降裝置)가 구비하는 승강로드(昇降 rod)가 접속되는 고정부재(固定部材)와,
상기 승강로드와 상기 고정부재를 연결하는 키부재(key部材)를
갖고,
상기 고정부재에는, 상기 승강로드가 삽입되는 삽입구멍(揷入孔)이 하면측으로 개구(開口)하여 형성되어 있음과 아울러, 상기 삽입구멍과 서로 통하는 연통구멍(連通孔)이 측면으로 개구하여 형성되어 있고,
상기 키부재를 상기 연통구멍에 삽입하여 상기 승강로드의 선단부에 설치되어 있는 키홈에 결합함으로써 상기 승강로드와 상기 고정부재를 연결하는 것을
특징으로 하는 블로우몰드유닛(blow-mold unit).
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정부재의 상기 연통구멍의 개구 둘레가장자리에 설치되고, 선단부가 상기 연통구멍과 대향하는 제1위치(第1位置)와 선단부가 상기 고정부재의 외측이 되는 제2위치(第2位置)와의 사이에서 회전 가능한 회전부재(回轉部材)를 구비하는 제한부재(制限部材)를 갖고,
상기 연통구멍 내에 상기 키부재가 삽입되어서 상기 승강로드에 결합한 상태에서 상기 제한부재를 상기 제2위치로부터 상기 제1위치로 회전시킴으로써 상기 키부재의 후퇴가 제한되는 것을
특징으로 하는 블로우몰드유닛.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 키부재에는, 상기 연통구멍 내에서 상기 키부재를 후퇴시켜 상기 승강로드와의 결합을 해제한 소정위치에 있어서 상기 제한부재와 대향하는 결합홈이 형성되고,
상기 소정위치에 있어서 상기 회전부재를 상기 제2위치로부터 상기 제1위치로 회전시킴으로써 상기 키부재가 상기 결합홈에 결합되어서 상기 키부재의 이동이 제한되는 것을
특징으로 하는 블로우몰드유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정부재에는, 일렬로 배치된 복수의 상기 바닥금형이 고정되어 있고,
상기 승강로드는, 상기 고정부재의 상기 바닥금형의 열방향 양 단부(端部)에 각각 접속되고,
상기 연통구멍은, 상기 바닥금형의 열방향의 양 단면(端面)으로 각각 개구하고 있는 것을
특징으로 하는 블로우몰드유닛.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 고정부재에는, 일렬로 배치된 복수의 상기 바닥금형이 고정되어 있고,
