Claims (9)
- 제1 포트와 제2 포트를 연결하는 유로의 유량을 제어하는 일체형 솔레노이드밸브에 있어서,
오리피스가 형성된 시트;
슬리브 내부에 배치되고, 축 방향을 따라 승강하며 하측에 배치된 상기 오리피스를 개폐하는 아마츄어;
상기 오리피스를 폐쇄하는 방향으로 상기 아마츄어에 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재;
상기 탄성부재와 반대 방향으로 상기 아마츄어에 구동력을 제공하는 마그넷코어;
상기 시트 하측에 결합되고, 상기 시트의 오리피스와 연통되는 중공홀과, 상기 제1 포트와 연통되는 유로홀을 구비하는 오리피스유닛;
이물질 유입 방지를 위한 필터부재; 및
상기 오리피스유닛와 상기 필터부재 사이에 끼워지고, 경사돌출부를 구비하는 립씰;을 포함하고,
상기 시트의 오리피스와 상기 오리피스유닛의 중공홀이 연결되어 형성되고, 상기 아마츄어의 승강에 의해 개폐되는 양방향유로와, 상기 유로홀과 상기 경사돌출부 외면을 경유하는 일방향유로가 마련되는 일체형 솔레노이드밸브. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오리피스유닛은 상기 필터부재가 체결되는 대경부와, 상기 립씰의 경사돌출부와 접하는 소경부를 포함하고,
상기 필터부재와 함께 상기 립씰의 움직임을 구속하는 일체형 솔레노이드밸브. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 필터부재는 이물질 유입방지를 위한 상기 제1 포트의 대향면에 위치하는 제1 필터와 상기 제2 포트의 대향면에 위치하는 제2 필터를 구비하는 일체형 솔레노이드밸브. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 필터부재는 모듈레이터 블록과의 간격을 유지하고 유로 확보를 위하여 하측에 돌출되는 지지부를 더 구비하는 일체형 솔레노이드밸브. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오리피스유닛은 상기 필터부재가 체결되는 대경부와, 상기 립씰의 경사돌출부와 접하는 소경부를 포함하고,
상기 필터부재와 상기 립씰 하측으로 연장되는 상기 소경부 사이에는 틈이 형성되고,
상기 일방향유로는 상기 유로홀과 상기 경사돌출부 외면과 상기 틈을 경유하도록 마련되는 일체형 솔레노이드밸브. - 삭제

- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 일체형 솔레노이드밸브;
페달 작동에 의해 체적이 변하는 실린더챔버가 마련된 마스터 실린더;
상기 실린더챔버와 연결되어 페달 답력에 따른 반력을 제공하는 페달 시뮬레이터;
제1 유압서킷 또는 제2 유압서킷 중 적어도 어느 하나에 유압을 제공하는 액압 공급장치;
상기 액압 공급장치를 작동시키는 전자제어유닛; 및
상기 제1 유압서킷과 제2 유압서킷의 압력차 조절을 위하여 마련되는 서킷밸런스밸브;를 포함하고,
상기 일체형 솔레노이드밸브는 상기 액압 공급장치의 압력챔버와 상기 서킷밸런스밸브를 연결하는 유압유로에 설치되는 브레이크 시스템.
