Claims (4)
- 열교환기용 튜브다발(20)의 슬리브(22) 외경부에 밀착 삽입되는 원통형 수밀관(31)과;
상기 수밀관(31)의 하단 외경부에서 둘레방향으로 확장되어 상기 슬리브(22)의 외경 중간부위에 돌출된 중간환턱(23)의 상단턱에 밀착되는 플랜지(32)와;
상기 수밀관(31)의 상면을 덮어서 상기 수밀관(31) 내부에 정제수(W)를 채워 넣을 수 있는 수밀공간(C)을 형성하는 것으로, 상기 수밀관(31)의 상단에 기밀상태로 분리가능하게 결합되어 있고, 상기 정제수(W)에서 기포가 발생하는지 여부를 육안으로 확인할 수 있도록 투명재질로 이루어진 덮개판(33)과;
상기 수밀관(31)의 플랜지(32)를 상기 슬리브(22)의 중간환턱(23)에 기밀 상태로 고정시켜 주는 것으로, 상기 슬리브(22)의 중간환턱(23) 하단에 삽입되는 고정링(34a)과, 상기 플랜지(32)와 상기 고정링(34a) 사이에 체결되는 결속볼트(34b)로 구성된 고정수단(34)과;
상기 수밀공간(C) 내부에 남아있는 공기를 강제 배기하는 배기수단(35);
을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브다발형 열교환기의 누설 시험장치. - 삭제
