Abstract
i) 임의로 사전처리된 기재에 프라이머-서피서 코트 (I) 를 적용하는 단계,
ii) 프라이머-서피서 코트 (I) 를 경화시키는 단계,
iii) 경화된 프라이머-서피서 코트 (I) 에 베이스코트 (II) 를 적용하는 단계,
iv) 임의로 베이스코트 (II) 를 경화시키는 단계,
v) 경화된 또는 경화되지 않은 베이스코트 (II) 에 클리어코트 (III) 를 적용하는 단계, 및
vi) 클리어코트 (III) 또는 단계 iv) 에서 베이스코트가 경화되지 않은 경우 베이스코트 및 클리어코트를 경화시키는 단계,
상기 프라이머-서피서 코트 (I) 는 하기를 포함하는 비수성, 용제계 코팅 재료 (F) 를 적용함으로써 수득되는 것을 특징으로 함:
총 코팅 재료 (F) 를 기준으로 20 중량% 이상의, 하나 이상의 유기 용제, 및 또한
A1) 총 코팅 재료 (F) 를 기준으로 8 중량% 이상의, 20℃ 이상의 유리 전이 온도 및 0 내지 40 ㎎ KOH/g 의 산가를 갖는 하나 이상의 제 1 폴리에스테르 (A1),
A2) 총 코팅 재료 (F) 를 기준으로 8 중량% 이상의, (A1) 와 상이하고 10℃ 이하의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 하나 이상의 제 2 폴리에스테르 (A2),
B) 하나 이상의 가교제 (B), 및
C) 총 코팅 재료 (F) 를 기준으로 8 중량% 이상의, 하나 이상의 충전제 및/또는 안료 (C).
본 발명은 또한 상기 방법에 따라 수득될 수 있는 다층 코팅 및 상기 다층 코팅으로 코팅된 기재에 관한 것이다.
Description
Claims (15)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 멀티코트 코팅의 제조 방법:
i) 임의로 사전처리된 기재에 프라이머-서피서 코트 (I) 를 적용하는 단계,
ii) 프라이머-서피서 코트 (I) 를 경화시키는 단계,
iii) 경화된 프라이머-서피서 코트 (I) 에 베이스코트 (II) 를 적용하는 단계,
iv) 임의로 베이스코트 (II) 를 경화시키는 단계,
v) 경화된 또는 경화되지 않은 베이스코트 (II) 에 클리어코트 (III) 를 적용하는 단계, 및
vi) 클리어코트 (III) 또는 단계 iv) 에서 베이스코트가 경화되지 않은 경우 베이스코트 및 클리어코트를 경화시키는 단계,
상기 프라이머-서피서 코트 (I) 는 하기를 포함하는 비수성, 용제계 코팅 재료 (F) 를 적용함으로써 수득되는 것을 특징으로 함:
총 코팅 재료 (F) 를 기준으로 20 중량% 이상의, 하나 이상의 유기 용제, 및 또한
A1) 총 코팅 재료 (F) 를 기준으로 8 중량% 이상의, 20℃ 이상의 유리 전이 온도 및 0 내지 40 ㎎ KOH/g 의 산가를 갖는 하나 이상의 제 1 폴리에스테르 (A1),
A2) 총 코팅 재료 (F) 를 기준으로 8 중량% 이상의, (A1) 와 상이하고 10℃ 이하의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 하나 이상의 제 2 폴리에스테르 (A2),
B) 하나 이상의 가교제 (B), 및
C) 총 코팅 재료 (F) 를 기준으로 8 중량% 이상의, 하나 이상의 충전제 및/또는 안료 (C). - 제 1 항에 있어서, 임의로 사전처리된 기재가 금속성 기재인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티코트 코팅의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 임의로 사전처리된 기재가 자동차 바디 또는 그의 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티코트 코팅의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득가능한 멀티코트 코팅.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 코팅 재료 (F) 의 유리 전이 온도가 35℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티코트 코팅.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 코팅 재료 (F) 가 0.7 내지 1.2 의 폴리에스테르 (A1) 대 폴리에스테르 (A2) 의 중량비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티코트 코팅.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 (A1) 가 0 내지 30 ㎎ KOH/g 의 산가를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티코트 코팅.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 제 1 폴리에스테르 (A1) 의 다분산성 (Mw/Mn) 이 5 이하이고, 제 2 폴리에스테르 (A2) 의 다분산성 (Mw/Mn) 이 5 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티코트 코팅.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 가교제 또는 가교제들 (B) 이 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트, 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지 및 벤조구아나민-포름알데히드 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티코트 코팅.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 코팅 재료 (F) 가 하나 이상의 차단된 이소시아네이트 및 하나 이상의 아미노 수지를 가교제 (B) 로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티코트 코팅.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 코팅 재료 (F) 가 (C):(A1 + A2 + B) = 0.5 내지 1.2 의 충전제 및/또는 안료 (C) 대 결합제 (A1 + A2 + B) 의 중량비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티코트 코팅.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 충전제 또는 충전제들 및/또는 안료 또는 안료들 (C) 이 실리케이트, 칼슘 카르보네이트, 칼슘 마그네슘 카르보네이트, 바륨 카르보네이트, 카본 블랙, 바륨 설페이트, 칼슘 설페이트, 알루미늄 히드록시드, 마그네슘 히드록시드, 티타늄 디옥시드 및 실리카로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티코트 코팅.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 멀티코트 코팅으로 코팅된 기재.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 금속성 기재인 것을 특징으로 하는 기재.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 자동차 바디 또는 그의 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 기재.
