Claims (15)
- 하나 이상의 결합제 구성성분 A 및 하나 이상의 경화제 구성성분 B를 포함하는 코팅제 조성물로서,
상기 결합제 구성성분 A는
A1 폴리(옥시알킬렌) 글리콜의 하나 이상의 폴리에테르 폴리올 구성성분,
A2 하나 이상의 방향족 다이아민,
A3 실리콘 엘라스토머 입자, 및
A4 하나 이상의 폴리우레탄 우레아
를 포함하고,
상기 경화제 구성성분 B는
B1 비차단된(unblocked) 이소시아네이트 기를 포함하는 하나 이상의 우레탄-기-함유 구성성분, 및
B2 메틸렌 다이(페닐 이소시아네이트)의 하나 이상의 방향족 다이이소시아네이트
를 포함하며,
상기 경화제 구성성분 B의 비차단된 이소시아네이트 기의 함량은 10 중량% 내지 30 중량%이고,

코팅제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(옥시알킬렌 글리콜)의 상기 폴리에테르 폴리올 구성성분 A1이 에틸렌 옥사이드 및/또는 프로필렌 옥사이드의 하나 이상의 폴리(옥시알킬렌) 글리콜을 포함하는, 코팅제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 폴리올 구성성분 A1이 하나 이상의 프로폭실화된 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 A1.1, 하나 이상의 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 A1.2, 및 하나 이상의 프로폭실화된 트리메틸올프로판 A1.3을 포함하는, 코팅제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 우레탄-기-함유 구성성분 B1이 하이드록실-기-함유 구성성분 B1.1을 이소시아네이트 구성성분 B1.2와 반응시킴으로써 제조되고,
상기 하이드록실-기-함유 구성성분 B1.1이 폴리(옥시알킬렌) 글리콜의 폴리에테르 폴리올 구성성분이며,
상기 이소시아네이트 구성성분 B1.2가 메틸렌 다이(페닐 이소시아네이트)의 방향족 다이이소시아네이트이고,
구성성분 B1.1의 OH 기 : 이소시아네이트 구성성분 B1.2의 NCO 기의 비율이 1:1.05 내지 1:2.05의 범위인, 코팅제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제 구성성분 B를 기준으로, 상기 구성성분 B2의 분획이 40 중량% 내지 60 중량%인, 코팅제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 다이아민 A2가 모노핵(mononuclear) 방향족 화합물이거나,
상기 방향족 다이아민 A2가 알킬화되거나,
상기 방향족 다이아민 A2의 아민 기가 상기 방향족 화합물에 직접 결합되어 있는,
코팅제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 엘라스토머 입자가 코어-쉘 입자이고,
상기 코어-쉘 입자가 가교된 폴리실록산을 포함하는 코어 및 반응성 기를 갖는 쉘을 갖는, 코팅제 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅제 조성물의 고형분 함량이 97 중량% 초과, 또는 98 중량% 초과, 또는 99 중량% 초과로 존재하는, 코팅제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅제 조성물이 중공 마이크로스피어 형태의 저-알칼리 보로실리케이트 유리를 충전제로서 포함하는, 코팅제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅제 조성물을 금속 기판 및/또는 플라스틱 기판에 100㎛ 내지 600㎛ 또는 150㎛ 내지 350㎛의 습식 필름 두께로 1-코트 분무 작업(one-coat spraying operation)으로 적용하는 단계, 및
15℃ 내지 60℃ 또는 15℃ 내지 25℃의 온도 범위에서 화학적 가교에 의해 경화시킴으로써 박리 가능한 코팅 필름을 수득하는 단계
를 포함하는, 박리 가능한 코팅 필름의 제조 방법. - i) 제11항에 따른 제조 방법으로 제조된 박리 가능한 코팅 필름으로 금속 기판을 부분적으로 코팅하는 단계로서,
상기 박리 가능한 코팅 필름을 이용한 부분 코팅은, 코팅되지 않아야 하는 영역을 사전에 커버함으로써 달성되거나, 또는 상기 기판을 완전히 커버하는 박리 가능한 코팅 필름을 우선 상기 기판에 적용하고 후속해서 상기 코팅 필름을 부분적으로 제거함으로써 달성되는, 단계; 및
ii) 상기 박리 가능한 코팅 필름으로 부분적으로 코팅된 상기 기판을 알칼리성 또는 산성 화학적 밀링 배쓰(milling bath)에 침지시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 금속 기판의 화학적 밀링(milling) 방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅제 조성물에 의해 코팅된 기판으로서,
상기 기판은 박리 가능하고 내화학성인 코팅을 갖고,
상기 기판은 금속 기판, 또는 플라스틱 기판, 또는 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금 기판인,
기판. - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 항공기 제작용 컴포넌트를 솎음(thinning out)시키기 위한 화학적 밀링 배쓰에서 기판을 보호하기 위한 것인, 기판.
- 제11항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 코팅 필름으로 코팅된, 하나 이상의 금속 및/또는 플라스틱 물질로 제작된 기판.
