Claims (11)
- 인간 유래의 면역글로불린 Fc 단편을 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 발현벡터가 피키아 속(pichia sp.) 효모에 도입되어 형질전환된 형질전환체로서, 상기 면역글로불린 Fc 단편은 서열번호 10 또는 11의 아미노산서열을 포함하고, 상기 발현벡터는 도 1의 개열지도로 표시되는 pPIC9K-IgG4Fc 또는 도 2의 개열지도로 표시되는 pPIC9K-mPSCFc인 것인 형질전환체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피키아 속 효모는 피키아 파스토리스(pichia pastoris)인 것인 형질전환체.
