Description
도 1A 는 한 실시양태에 따라 실험 군의 간 조직 내에서 유도성 산화 질소 합성효소(iNOS)를 나타낸다. 도 1B는 한 실시양태에 따라 실험 군의 간 조직 내에서 유도성 산화 질소 합성효소(iNOS)의 디지털 형태계측을 나타낸다.
도 2는 한 실시양태에 따라 실험 군의 간 조직에서 유도성 산화 질소 합성효소(iNOS)의 면역조직화학 염색을 나타낸다.
도 3은 한 실시양태에 따라 실험 군의 간 조직에서 유도성 산화 질소 합성효소(iNOS)의 디지털 형태계측을 나타낸다.
Claims (45)
- 삭제
- 허용 가능한 약학적 담체 중에 갈락토-람노갈락투로네이트를 포함하는 비경구 또는 장내 투여를 위한 조성물로서,
상기 갈락토-람노갈락투로네이트는 α-1,2-연결 람노오스 및 α-1,4-연결 갈락투론산(GalA) 잔기의 교대 올리고머의 분지된 헤테로중합체에 연결된 1,4-연결 GalA 및 메틸 갈락투로네이트(MeGalA) 잔기 골격을 포함하는 갈락토아라비노-람노갈락투로네이트이며, 람노오스 잔기는 1,4-β-D-갈락토오스 잔기, 1,5-α-L-아라비노스 잔기, 또는 이의 조합의 올리고머의 일차 분지를 지니고, 상기 갈락토-람노갈락투로네이트는 사과 펙틴 USP HM으로부터 유래하며, 1,4-β-D-갈락토오스 및 1,5-α-L-아라비노스 잔기는 2:1 내지 3:1 비로 존재하고, 1,4-β-D-갈락토오스 잔기, 1,5-α-L-아라비노스 잔기 또는 이의 조합은 총 몰 탄수화물의 10몰% 이상을 나타내며,
상기 조성물의 유효 용량을, 이를 필요로 하는 피험자에게 투여하는 것은 질환에 영향을 받는 조직에서 iNOS의 발현을 10% 이상 감소시키는 것을 유도하고,
상기 이를 필요로 하는 피험자는 상승된 iNOS와 연관된 질환을 갖고, 상기 질환은 건선, 피부 및 전신 홍반 루푸스, 전신 경화증 또는 피부염인 조성물. - 삭제

- 제12항에 있어서, 갈락토-람노갈락투로난 화합물은 활성화된 단핵구 또는 활성화된 대식세포에 의해 TNF 알파의 분비를 25% 이상 감소시킬 수 있는 것인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 갈락토-람노갈락투로난 화합물이 세포 생존력 어세이에서 LX2 불멸화된 인간의 간 성상 세포를 처리하기 위해 이용되는 경우, 어세이 처리는 갈락토-람노갈락투로난 화합물의 투여 후 활성화된 간 성상 세포의 생존력 감소를 실질적으로 유도하지 않는 것인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 투여시 갈락토-람노갈락투로네이트는 유효량의 치료제와 공동 투여되는 것인 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 치료제는 시스테아민 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염, 시스타민 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염, 항산화 화합물, 레시틴, 비타민 B 복합체, 담즙염 제제, 칸나비노이드-1(CB1) 수용체의 길항제, 칸나비노이드-1(CB1) 수용체의 역작용제, 퍼옥시좀 증식자-활성화 수용체 활성 조절제, 벤조티아제핀 또는 벤조티에핀 화합물, 단백질 티로신 포스파타제 PTPRU를 저해하는 RNA 안티센스 구조체, 헤테로원자-연결된 치환 피페리딘 및 이의 유도체, 아자시클로펜탄 유도체, 아디포넥틴의 분비촉진제 또는 유도제 활성을 갖는 아실아미드 화합물, 사차 암모늄 화합물, 글라티라머 아세테이트, 펜트락신 단백질, HMG-CoA 리덕타제 저해제, n-아세틸 시스테인, 이소플라본 화합물, 마크롤라이드 항생제, 갈렉틴 저해제, 항체, 또는 상술한 것들의 임의 조합 중 하나인 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 항산화 화합물은 수용성 비타민 E 제제, 혼합 카로티노이드, 셀레늄 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 담즙염 제제는 우르소데옥시콜린산, 자연 발생 담즙산 또는 담즙산 염의 케노데옥시콜린산, 합성 담즙산 또는 담즙산 염의 케노데옥시콜린산 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 것인 조성물.
