Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 실시형태에 따른 프라이어에 의한 수분제어방법의 처리 흐름의 1 예를 나타낸다.
도 3의 (a)는 인산 생리식염수를 수상으로 해서, 아무것도 첨가하지 않은 신선한 식용유에, 전장을 인가했을 때의 계면장력 측정결과를 나타내는 그래프이고, (b)는 생리식염수를 수상으로 해서, 아무것도 첨가하지 않은 신선한 식용유에, 전장을 인가했을 때의 계면장력 측정결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4의 (a)는 인산 생리식염수를 수상으로 해서, 올레산을 첨가한 식용유에, 전장을 인가했을 때의 계면장력 측정결과를 나타내는 그래프이고, (b)는 올레산 나트륨을 첨가한 식용유에, 전장을 인가했을 때의 계면장력 측정결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (9)
- 진동을 발생하는 한 쌍의 진동 발생부를 구비하는 성분 제어장치에 의한 성분 제어방법에 있어서,
상기 진동 발생부 사이에 진동을 발생시켜서, 그 진동 발생부 사이에 배치된 대상물 내의 성분을 제어하고,
교류전장에 직류전장을 오프셋 전장으로서 인가해서, 상기 대상물의 수상(aqueous phase)과 다른 상과의 계면분극을 증대시켜서 그 수상과 그 다른 상과의 계면장력을 저하시키는 동시에, 그 대상물 내의 수분을 연주(連珠: 연결된 구슬)형상으로 결합시키는 성분 제어방법. - 삭제
