Abstract
Description
도 2는, Oct3/4, sox-2, Klf4 및 Myc을 도입한 인간 섬유아세포에 대하여 oct4, Sox-2 및 Nanog의 발현 정도를 면역세포화학 분석법으로 확인한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은, Oct3/4, sox-2, Klf4 및 Myc을 도입한 인간 섬유아세포에 사군자탕을 처리하여, iPSc 마커 유전자인 Nanog, sox-2, oct4 및 Klf4의 발현을 확인한 도이다.
도 4는, Oct3/4, sox-2, Klf4 및 Myc을 도입한 인간 섬유아세포에 사군자탕을 처리하고, iPSc로의 유도 정도를 AP(alkaline phosphatase) 염색으로 확인한 도이다.

Claims (8)
- 사군자탕을 유효성분으로 포함하는, 분화된 세포의 유도만능줄기세포(iPSc)로의 리프로그래밍 촉진용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 Oct3/4, sox-2,c-Myc 및 Klf4를 도입한 세포에 처리하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세포는 인간으로부터 유래된 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분화된 세포는 섬유 아세포인 것인 조성물.
- 리프로그래밍 인자가 도입된 분화된 세포에 사군자탕을 처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 분화된 세포의 유도만능줄기세포 (iPSc)로의 리프로그래밍 촉진 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 리프로그래밍 인자가 도입된 분화된 세포는 Oct3/4, sox-2,c-Myc 및 Klf4를 발현하는 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 분화된 세포는 인간으로부터 유래된 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 분화된 세포는 섬유 아세포인 것인 방법.
