- 주행용 구동원과 구동륜의 사이에 배치되는 무단 변속 기구와,
상기 무단 변속 기구와 직렬로 배치되고, 복수의 마찰 체결 요소를 구비하는 유단 변속 기구와,
상기 유단 변속 기구의 변속을 행하는 변속 제어 수단과,
상기 무단 변속 기구와 상기 유단 변속 기구의 라인압을 압력 조절하는 라인압 압력 조절 밸브와,
상기 라인압에 기초하여 프라이머리압을 압력 조절하는 프라이머리압 압력 조절 밸브와,
상기 라인압에 기초하여 세컨더리압을 압력 조절하는 세컨더리압 압력 조절 밸브를 구비하는 차량용 무단 변속기의 유압 제어 장치에 있어서,
상기 변속 제어 수단에, 상기 프라이머리압과 상기 세컨더리압 중 적어도 한쪽에서, 실제 유압에 있어서 유압 진동이 발생하면, 상기 라인압을 상기 유압 진동이 발생하기 전의 상기 라인압보다 증대시키는 라인압 제어부를 설치하고,

상기 라인압 제어부는, 상기 라인압이 저하된 상태에서 상기 유단 변속 기구의 변속이 행해지는 경우, 상기 유단 변속 기구의 변속 판정 시에, 상기 라인압의 저하를 종료하는, 차량용 무단 변속기의 유압 제어 장치. - 주행용 구동원과 구동륜의 사이에 배치되는 무단 변속 기구와,
상기 무단 변속 기구와 직렬로 배치되고, 복수의 마찰 체결 요소를 구비하는 유단 변속 기구와,
상기 유단 변속 기구의 변속을 행하는 변속 제어 수단과,
상기 무단 변속 기구와 상기 유단 변속 기구의 라인압을 압력 조절하는 라인압 압력 조절 밸브와,
상기 라인압에 기초하여 프라이머리압을 압력 조절하는 프라이머리압 압력 조절 밸브와,
상기 라인압에 기초하여 세컨더리압을 압력 조절하는 세컨더리압 압력 조절 밸브를 구비하는 차량용 무단 변속기의 유압 제어 방법에 있어서,
상기 프라이머리압과 상기 세컨더리압 중 적어도 한쪽에서, 실제 유압에 있어서 유압 진동을 검지하였을 때, 상기 라인압을 상기 유압 진동이 발생하기 전의 상기 라인압보다 증대시키고,
상기 라인압이 증대된 상태에서 상기 유단 변속 기구의 변속이 행해지는 경우, 상기 유단 변속 기구의 변속이 완료될 때까지, 상기 라인압의 증대를 계속하며,
상기 변속 제어 수단에 의해, 상기 유단 변속 기구의 업 시프트에 수반하여, 상기 유단 변속 기구의 변속 방향과 반대로 상기 무단 변속 기구를 변속시키는 협조 변속 중, 상기 세컨더리압을 상기 협조 변속 전의 유압보다 증대시키며,
상기 협조 변속 종료 타이밍으로부터 딜레이 시간 경과 후, 상기 라인압의 증대를 종료하는, 차량용 무단 변속기의 유압 제어 방법. - 주행용 구동원과 구동륜의 사이에 배치되는 무단 변속 기구와,
상기 무단 변속 기구와 직렬로 배치되고, 복수의 마찰 체결 요소를 구비하는 유단 변속 기구와,
상기 유단 변속 기구의 변속을 행하는 변속 제어 수단과,
상기 무단 변속 기구와 상기 유단 변속 기구의 라인압을 압력 조절하는 라인압 압력 조절 밸브와,
상기 라인압에 기초하여 프라이머리압을 압력 조절하는 프라이머리압 압력 조절 밸브와,
상기 라인압에 기초하여 세컨더리압을 압력 조절하는 세컨더리압 압력 조절 밸브를 구비하는 차량용 무단 변속기의 유압 제어 방법에 있어서,
상기 프라이머리압과 상기 세컨더리압 중 적어도 한쪽에서, 실제 유압에 있어서 유압 진동을 검지하였을 때, 상기 라인압을 상기 유압 진동이 발생하기 전의 상기 라인압보다 증대시키고,
상기 라인압이 증대된 상태에서 상기 유단 변속 기구의 변속이 행해지는 경우, 상기 유단 변속 기구의 변속이 완료될 때까지, 상기 라인압의 증대를 계속하 며,
벨트 부하가 저부하일 때, 상기 유단 변속 기구의 변속이 완료될 때까지 상기 라인압의 증대를 계속하는 제어를 실행하는, 차량용 무단 변속기의 유압 제어 방법.
