Abstract
본 발명의 디스크 브레이크(1)에서는, 하우징(30)에, 모터(32)에 전력을 공급하기 위한 공급 단자(131)를 갖는 커넥터부(35)를 마련하고, 이 커넥터부(35)의 공급 단자(131)와 모터(32)의 모터 단자(32C)를, 금속제의 판형재로 형성되는 버스바(130)로 접속한다. 또한, 버스바(130)는, 하우징(30)에 부착되는 지지 부재(135)의 판형부(138)의 타측의 면(138B)에 유극을 갖고 끼워진 상태로 유지되도록 되어 있다.

Claims (8)
- 실린더 내에 미끄럼 이동 가능하게 설치된 피스톤에 의해 디스크에 패드를 압박하는 캘리퍼와,
상기 캘리퍼에 마련되고, 전동 모터의 구동력에 의해 상기 피스톤을 이동시키는 피스톤 구동 기구
를 구비한 디스크 브레이크로서,
상기 피스톤 구동 기구는, 상기 전동 모터가 고정되고, 상기 전동 모터의 구동력을 전달하는 감속 기구를 내포하는 일체의 하우징을 가지며,
상기 일체의 하우징에, 상기 전동 모터에 전력을 공급하기 위한 공급 단자를 갖는 커넥터부가 형성되고, 상기 감속 기구를 유지하는 판형 부재가 마련되며,
상기 판형 부재는, 상기 일체의 하우징 내를 상기 감속 기구가 있는 제1 영역과, 상기 감속 기구가 없는 제2 영역으로 구획하고,
상기 공급 단자는, 일단측이 상기 커넥터부와 상기 하우징의 벽부를 관통하며, 타단측이 상기 하우징의 내부의 제2 영역으로 연장되어 형성되고,
상기 전동 모터는, 상기 전동 모터의 회전축과 동일한 방향으로 상기 하우징 내부의 제2 영역에 상기 판형 부재를 향하여 뻗는 단자를 갖고,
상기 커넥터부의 공급 단자와 상기 전동 모터의 모터 단자는, 금속제의 판형재로 형성되는 버스바로 접속되며,
상기 버스바는 상기 판형 부재에 유지되고, 상기 제2 영역에 있어서 상기 전동 모터와 상기 판형 부재의 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판형 부재는, 상기 버스바를 상기 판형 부재에 유극을 갖고 끼워진 상태로 유지하는 결합부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 판형 부재는, 제1 면과 상기 제1 면의 반대측의 제2 면을 가지며, 상기 제1 면은 상기 감속 기구를 회전 가능하게 지지하는 샤프트를 지지하고, 상기 제2 면은 상기 전동 모터와 대향하여, 상기 하우징에 지지되는 지지 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지지 부재의 상기 제2 면에 상기 버스바를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버스바는, 그 양단에, 상기 커넥터부의 공급 단자와 상기 전동 모터의 모터 단자 각각과 탄성적으로 접속하는 탄성 접속부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
