Claims (6)
- 고농도 염분함유 하수 및 폐수의 생물학적 처리시스템은,
고농도 염분을 함유하고 있는 하수 및 폐수가 유입됨에 따른 혐기조용 교반기(111)를 통하여 유기물 분해와 미생물 세포내부로부터 인의 방출이 가능하도록 구비되는 혐기조(110)와;
상기 혐기조(110) 일측에 설치되어 고농도 염분을 함유하고 있는 하수 및 폐수가 유입됨에 따른 무산조용 교반기(121)를 통하여 유기물 분해와 질소의 탈질화를 위해 구비되는 무산소조(120)와;
상기 무산소조(120) 일측에 설치되어 고농도 염분을 함유하고 있는 하수 및 폐수가 유입됨에 따른 인을 과잉흡수하면서 암모니아성질소를 질산성질소로 질산화가능하도록 구비되는 호기조(130)와;
상기 호기조(130) 일측에 설치되어 오염물질이 제거된 고농도 염분을 함유하고 있는 하수 및 폐수가 유입됨에 따른 슬러지를 침전시키면서 오염물질이 제거된 처리수를 배출가능하게 구비되는 침전조(140)로 구성되되,
상기 혐기조(110) 입구측에는 유입되는 고농도 염분을 함유하고 있는 하수 및 폐수의 염분농도를 측정가능하도록 구비되는 염도계(150)와;
상기 염도계(150)로부터 측정된 염분 농도를 제어부측으로 인가함에 따른 상기 제어부는 예입력된 염분 농도보다 높은 고농도의 염분이 함유된 하수 및 폐수가 혐기조(110)와 무산소조(120)를 통하여 호기조(130)로 유입될 경우, 고농도 염분에 순응된 호염성미생물을 상기 호기조(130)측으로 공급가능하도록 미생물적응조용 염도계가 설치되고 내부에는 미생물이 고농도 염분에 순응하고 활성도를 갖도록 암염을 포함하여 소성된 세라믹담체(160)가 저장되어 구비되는 미생물적응조(170)를
포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 염분함유 하수 및 폐수의 생물학적 처리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 미생물적응조(170) 일측에는, 제어부의 제어에 의해 상기 미생물적응조(170)측으로 염화나트륨공급관(181)을 통하여 고농도 염분을 공급하여 미생물적응조(170)의 염도가 3,000~25,000mg/L로 유지가능하도록 염화나트륨공급탱크(180)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 염분함유 하수 및 폐수의 생물학적 처리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 침전조(140)와 염화나트륨공급관(181) 사이에는, 상기 미생물적응조(170)내의 총미생물 양은 생물반응조내 총미생물양의 50~200%가 유지되도록 미생물적응조용 슬러지공급관(141)이 배관되어 연결되고, 상기 침전조(140)와 혐기조(110) 사이에는 상기 침전조(140)의 미생물을 순환공급가능하도록 혐기조용 슬러지공급관(142)이 더 배관되어 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 염분함유 하수 및 폐수 처리시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 혐기조(110)의 유입부와 상기 미생물적응조(170)는, 상기 혐기조(110)로 유입되는 하수 및 폐수에 포함된 미생물의 먹이를 상기 미생물적응조(170)에서 고농도의 염분에 순응하고 있는 미생물측으로 공급가능하도록 제어부의 제어에 의해 하수 및 폐수를 공급가능하도록 공급관(190)이 더 배관되어 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 염분함유 하수 및 폐수 처리시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 미생물적응조(170)는, 혐기조(110)로 유입되는 고농도의 염분이 함유된 하수 및 폐수를 염도계(150)가 염분 농도를 측정하여 이를 제어부측으로 인가하는 중에 상기 제어부는 예입력된 염분 농도보다 높은 염분 3,000~25,000mg/L 함유 고농도의 염분이 함유된 하수 및 폐수가 혐기조(110)와 무산소조(120)를 통하여 호기조(130)로 유입될 경우, 고농도 염분에 순응된 호염성미생물을 제어부의 제어에 대응되게 상기 호기조(130)측으로 공급가능하도록 미생물공급관(171)이 배관되어 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 염분함유 하수 및 폐수의 생물학적 처리시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹담체(160)는, 분쇄기를 통하여 분쇄된 암염 또는 천일염5~15중량부와, 벤토나이트 5~30중량부와, 천매암 5~20중량부와, 제올라이트 1~15중량부와, 질석 1~15중량부와, 고령토 5~15중량부 그리고 물유리 5~20중량부와 소정량의 물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 염분함유 하수 및 폐수의 생물학적 처리시스템.
