Claims (9)
- 전기조리기용 내솥에 있어서,
상기 내솥의 내측면과 외측면에는 제1홈부와 제2홈부가 각각 형성되고,
상기 제1홈부와 제2홈부의 하측 표면에 각각 코팅층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기조리기용 내솥. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내솥은 내층과 중간층 및 외층이 순차적으로 접합된 클래드 판재로 이루어지되, 상기 내층과 외층은 스테인리스로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기조리기용 내솥. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내솥의 내측면에 형성된 코팅층은 불소수지계 코팅제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기조리기용 내솥. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내솥의 외측면에 형성된 코팅층은 금, 은, 구리 및 다이아몬드 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기조리기용 내솥. - (a) 내부에 음식물을 수용하는 내솥을 성형하는 단계;
(b) 상기 내솥의 내측면과 외측면에 제1홈부와 제2홈부를 각각 형성하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 제1홈부와 제2홈부의 하측 표면에 각각 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하는 전기조리기용 내솥 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 (c)단계는, 상기 내솥의 내측면 전체에 코팅층을 형성한 후 상기 제1홈부의 상측에 형성된 코팅층을 버핑가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기조리기용 내솥 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 (c)단계는,
(c-1) 상기 제2홈부와 상기 제2홈부의 하측에 위치한 하부 외측면에 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;
(c-2) 상기 제2홈부의 상측에 위치한 상부 외측면을 버핑가공하는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기조리기용 내솥 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1홈부와 제2홈부는 압연가공 또는 절삭가공으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기조리기용 내솥 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 (c-2) 단계는,
상기 제2홈부의 상단과 상기 상부 외측면의 하단 경계부위에 형성된 코팅층이 제거되도록 버핑가공하는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기조리기용 내솥 제조방법.
