Claims (6)
- 수용성 수지, pH 지시약, 유기산, 실란계 화합물, 바인더, 용제 및 수용성 고무를 포함하되,
상기 수용성 고무는 아라비아 고무(Gumarabic) 및 트래거캔스 고무(Tragacanth gum)를 1 : 0.5 ~ 1.5 의 중량비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 그라비아 인쇄 또는 플렉소 인쇄용 pH 감응성 수성 잉크조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수성 잉크조성물은
상기 수성 잉크조성물 총 중량 기준으로 수용성 수지 20 ~ 45 중량%, pH 지시약 2 ~ 10 중량%, 유기산 0.1 ~ 2 중량%, 실란계 화합물 1 ~ 5 중량%, 바인더 1 ~ 5 중량%, 수용성 고무 0.1 ~ 5 중량% 및 잔량의 용제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 그라비아 인쇄 또는 플렉소 인쇄용 pH 감응성 수성 잉크조성물.

상기 수용성 수지는
스티렌-아크릴계 공중합체 수지 및 수용성 폴리우레탄 수지를 1 : 0.1 ~ 0.7의 중량비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 그라비아 인쇄 또는 플렉소 인쇄용 pH 감응성 수성 잉크조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 pH 지시약은
크레졸 레드(Cresol red), m-크레졸 퍼플(m-Cresol purple),티몰 블루(Thymol blue), 2,6-디니트로페놀(2,6-Dinitrophenol), 2,4-디니트로페놀(2,4-Dinitrophenol), 4-디메틸아미노아조벤젠(4-Dimethylaminoazobenzene), 브로모페놀 블루(Bromophenol blue), 콩고 레드(Congo red), 메틸 오렌지(Methyl orange), 에톡시크리소이딘(Ethoxychrysoidine), 브로모크레졸 그린(Bromocresol Green), 2,5-디니트로페놀(2,5-Dinitrophenol), 메틸렌 레드(Methylene red), 페놀 레드(Phenol red), 브로모크레졸 퍼플(Bromocresol purple),4- 니트로페놀(Nitrophenol), 브로모크실렌 블루(Bromoxylene blue), 브로모티몰 블루(ㅠromothymol blue), 3-니트로페놀(3-Nitrophenol) 및 페놀프탈레인(Phenolphthalein)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 그라비아 인쇄 또는 플렉소 인쇄용 pH 감응성 수성 잉크조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수성 잉크조성물은 흡착제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 그라비아 인쇄 또는 플렉소 인쇄용 pH 감응성 수성 잉크조성물.
