Claims (3)
- 윤활유펌프를 포함하는 리그 시험장치를 준비하는 단계;
리그 시험장치를 대상으로 리그 시험(rig test)를 실시하여 <윤활유펌프 토출압력 및 릴리프밸브 개방압력에 따른 윤활유펌프 토출유량 맵>을 도출하는 단계; 및
<윤활유펌프 토출압력 및 릴리프밸브 개방압력에 따른 윤활유펌프 토출유량 맵>에 근거하여, 실제 윤활시스템 동작시의 윤활유펌프 토출압력과 릴리프밸브 개방압력에 대응되는 윤활유펌프 토출유량을 추정하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유펌프 토출유량의 모니터링 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, <윤활유펌프 토출압력 및 릴리프밸브 개방압력에 따른 윤활유펌프 토출유량 맵>에 근거하여, 실제 윤활시스템 동작시의 윤활유펌프 토출압력과 릴리프밸브 개방압력에 대응되는 윤활유펌프 토출유량을 추정하는 단계; 이후에,
<윤활유펌프 토출압력 및 릴리프밸브 개방압력에 따른 윤활유펌프 토출유량 맵>에 근거하여 추정된 윤활유펌프 토출유량이 미리 설정된 기준 토출유량범위를 벗어나면 해당 윤활시스템이 정상이 아닌 상태로 판정하는 단계;를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유펌프 토출유량의 모니터링 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, <윤활유펌프 토출압력 및 릴리프밸브 개방압력에 따른 윤활유펌프 토출유량 맵>을 도출하는 단계;는,
리그 시험장치의 윤활유펌프 토출압력 및 릴리프밸브 개방압력을 다양한 조건으로 설정하고 각 조건에 따른 윤활유펌프 토출유량을 계측하여, 다양한 조건의 윤활유펌프 토출압력 및 릴리프밸브 개방압력에 따른 윤활유펌프 토출유량을 도출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유펌프 토출유량의 모니터링 방법.
