Abstract
본 발명은 종래 기술과 달리 도체부재를 감싸도록 이중 사출 성형되는 절연코팅부재에 커버부를 일체로 연장 형성함으로써 도체부재의 양측 가장자리를 커버링해야 하는 캡을 별도로 구비하여 조립해야 하는 번거로움을 없애고, 이로 인해 조립 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 전원 또는 신호를 분배하고, 축 방향을 따라 양측에 체결홀을 통공하는 도체부재; 상기 체결홀의 노출을 위해 상기 도체부재의 축 방향을 따라 양측 가장자리를 제외한 둘레를 감싸도록 상기 도체부재와 이중 사출 성형되고, 절연재질인 절연코팅부재; 및 상기 절연코팅부재에서 연장되어, 절곡되며 노출된 상기 도체부재의 양측 가장자리를 덮는 커버부를 포함하고,
상기 커버부는, 상기 절연코팅부재의 축 방향을 따라 양측에서 연장되고, 상기 도체부재의 하측과 둘레면을 감싸며, 상부 방향으로 개방되고, 상기 체결홀과 일치되게 바닥면이 개방되는 로어캡; 상기 로어캡에서 연장되고, 가요성을 갖는 브릿지; 및 상기 브릿지에서 연장 형성되어 상기 브릿지를 절곡한 상태로 상기 로어캡의 개방된 상측을 덮어 상기 도체부재의 노출부위를 보호하는 어퍼캡을 포함하며,
상기 커버부는 상기 절연코팅부재의 축 방향을 따라 양측에 일체로 사출 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 통전장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 로어캡과 상기 어퍼캡은 로킹부에 의해 상기 도체부재의 가장자리를 덮은 채 분리 가능하게 결속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 통전장치.
