Claims (6)
- 내부공간을 가지며 외부로 돌출되는 안착부를 구비하는 하우징;
상기 하우징의 내부로부터 외부로 인출되도록 배치되며, 상기 안착부에 설치되는 전극연결부를 구비하는 회로기판;
을 포함하며,
상기 안착부에는 상기 회로기판과의 결합을 위한 결합부가 형성되고,
상기 전극연결부에는 외부 전원과의 연결을 위한 외부연결전극과, 상기 결합부에 대응되는 결합대응부가 형성되며,
상기 결합부는 관통홀로 이루어지고, 상기 결합대응부는 금속재질로 이루어지는 동박패턴인 진동발생장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 결합대응부는 상기 관통홀보다 크게 형성된 진동발생장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 안착부와 상기 전극연결부는 용접에 의해 접합되며, 솔더볼은 상기 관통홀의 내측에 배치되는 진동발생장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 결합부는 상기 안착부로부터 돌출 형성되는 돌기로 이루어지며, 상기 결합대응부는 상기 돌기에 대응되는 삽입홀과 상기 전극연결부의 상면에 적층되는 동박패턴을 구비하는 진동발생장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 결합부와 상기 결합대응부는 용접에 의해 접합되는 진동발생장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 결합부는 상기 안착부로부터 돌출 형성되는 원통 형상의 돌기로 이루어지며, 상기 결합대응부는 상기 결합부가 삽입 배치되는 장착홀로 이루어지며,
상기 돌기의 상단부는 코킹에 의해 절곡되는 진동발생장치.
