Claims (7)
- 기판 상에 실리카 파티클을 코팅하여 코팅층을 형성하는 파티클 코팅 단계;
상기 코팅층 상에 소정의 산화 서열을 갖는 물질을 이용하여 박막을 형성하는 박막 형성 단계; 및
상기 박막의 미리 정해진 패터닝 영역에 레이저 빔을 조사하여 상기 패터닝 영역에 있는 상기 박막이 산화되면서 인접한 실리카 파티클이 환원 및 소결되어 실리콘 패턴이 형성되는 패턴 형성 단계;를 포함하는, 실리콘 패턴 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 소정의 산화 서열을 갖는 물질은, 실리카보다 높은 산화 서열을 갖는 금속 물질 또는 비금속 물질인, 실리콘 패턴 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 파티클 코팅 단계에서는, 실리카 파티클이 분산되어 있는 용매를 이용하여 기판 상에 상기 실리카 파티클을 코팅하는, 실리콘 패턴 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 패턴 형성 단계에서는, 상기 박막이 상기 인접한 실리카 파티클로부터 산소를 가져와 산화되어 산화막 패턴이 형성되는, 실리콘 패턴 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 레이저가 조사되지 않은 영역에 있는 실리카 파티클과, 상기 박막의 전부 또는 일부를 제거하는 세척 단계;를 더 포함하는, 실리콘 패턴 제조 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 세척 단계에서는, 소정의 에칭 방식을 이용하여 상기 박막의 산화되지 않은 부분 또는 산화된 부분이 선택적으로 제거되는, 실리콘 패턴 제조 방법. - 삭제
