도 5 는, 비교예의 경면 가공용 공구에 의한 워크의 경면 가공 방법에 대해서 설명하는 도면이다.
Claims (3)
- 섕크와,
원추상으로 형성된 다결정 다이아몬드 또는 입방정 질화붕소로 이루어지는 날끝과,
상기 섕크의 축 방향에 있어서 상기 섕크와 상기 날끝과의 사이에 위치하고, 상기 섕크의 선단에 상기 날끝을 납땜하는 납땜부
를 갖는 경면 가공용 공구에 의해서, 워크를 경면 가공하는 경면 가공 방법으로서,
상기 섕크를, 상기 워크의 가공면에 대해서 경사지게 하고, 상기 날끝의 원추 측면을 상기 가공면에 맞닿게 하여 경면 가공을 행하는, 경면 가공 방법. - 섕크의 선단에, 원추상으로 형성된 다결정 다이아몬드 또는 입방정 질화붕소를 날끝으로서 장착된 경면 가공용 공구의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 날끝은, 와이어 방전 가공기에 의해서, 와이어 전극에 대해 상기 날끝을 회전시키면서, 원추 형상으로 가공되고,
상기 날끝은, 상기 와이어 방전 가공기에 의해서, 상기 와이어 전극에 대해 상기 날끝을 회전시키면서, 원추 형상으로 가공될 때에, 상기 날끝을 1 회전시키는 동안에, 상기 와이어 전극과 상기 날끝 사이의 방전 조건을 변화시키는, 경면 가공용 공구의 제조 방법. - 삭제
