Abstract
본 발명은 알루미늄접합와이어(30)를 수용하는 접촉팁(110)과, 보호가스가 통과하도록 상기 접촉팁(110)을 둘러싸는 환형채널(120)로 이루어지되 상기 환형채널(120) 내부의 상기 접촉팁(110)에는 상기 보호가스를 회전시키는 회전임펠러(130)가 설치된 용접토치(100); 상기 용접 토치(100)를 미리 정해진 용접 경로를 따라 이동하도록 구동하는 용접로봇(200); 상기 용접토치(100)에 동력을 공급하고, 상기 용접로봇(200)의 구동을 제어하는 용접전원제어부(300); 상기 알루미늄접합와이어(30)를 상기 용접토치(100)에 공급하는 와이어 구동부(400); 상기 용접토치(100)의 후방에 연결되게 설치되어 상기 용접토치(100)에 의해 차량 골조(10)와 알루미늄 외판재(20)간 용접의 수행시, 용접부위인 용접영역 쪽으로 상기 알루미늄접합와이어(30)의 공급속도를 조절하는 와이어공급조절부(500);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)
- 알루미늄접합와이어(30)를 수용하는 접촉팁(110)과, 보호가스가 통과하도록 상기 접촉팁(110)을 둘러싸는 환형채널(120)로 이루어지되 상기 환형채널(120) 내부의 상기 접촉팁(110)에는 상기 보호가스를 회전시키는 회전임펠러(130)가 설치된 용접토치(100); 상기 용접 토치(100)를 미리 정해진 용접 경로를 따라 이동하도록 구동하는 용접로봇(200); 상기 용접토치(100)에 동력을 공급하고, 상기 용접로봇(200)의 구동을 제어하는 용접전원제어부(300); 상기 알루미늄접합와이어(30)를 상기 용접토치(100)에 공급하는 와이어 구동부(400); 상기 용접토치(100)의 후방에 연결되게 설치되어 상기 용접토치(100)에 의해 차량 골조(10)와 알루미늄 외판재(20)간 용접의 수행시, 용접부위인 용접영역 쪽으로 상기 알루미늄접합와이어(30)의 공급속도를 조절하는 와이어공급조절부(500);를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 와이어공급조절부(500)는 상기 용접토치(100)의 후방에 연결되되 길이방향 양측에 상기 알루미늄접합와이어(30)의 인입출을 위한 통공(511)이 마련된 하우징(510)과, 상기 하우징(510)의 내측을 상부격실과 하부격실(513)로 분할하도록 마련되되 상기 알루미늄접합와이어(30)의 이동을 위한 가이드홈(521)이 상기 알루미늄접합와이어(30)의 진행방향을 따라 형성되는 지지격판(520)과, 상기 상부격실(512)에서 상기 지지격판(520)을 관통하여 상기 하부격실(513)로 연장되는 한 쌍의 전자기반응봉(530)과, 상기 상부격실(512)에 위치한 상기 한 쌍의 전자기반응봉(530)의 일측단를 상호 연결하도록 마련되어 상기 전자기반응봉(530)의 하강시 상기 가이드홈(521)을 따라 이동되는 상기 알루미늄접합와이어(30)에 밀착되는 탄성밀착구(540)와, 상기 하부격실(513)의 하측면에 설치된 상태로 상기 전자기반응봉(530)의 타측단에 연결되는 탄성복귀스프링(550)과, 상기 전자기반응봉(530)을 잡아당길 수 있도록 상기 하부격실(513)에 설치되는 전자석(560)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차체 경량화를 위한 냉간금속이행용접장치.
