Claims (20)
- 전파를 수신하는 안테나;
제1 제어 신호에 응답하여 제1 충전전력 생성부를 상기 안테나와 연결하는 제1 스위치를 포함하고, 상기 안테나를 통해 수신된 전파를 이용해 배터리 충전을 위한 충전전력을 생성하는 제1 충전전력 생성부;
제2 제어 신호에 응답하여 제2 충전전력 생성부를 상기 안테나와 연결하는 제2 스위치를 포함하고, 상기 안테나를 통해 수신된 전파를 이용해 배터리 충전을 위한 충전전력을 생성하는 제2 충전전력 생성부; 및
상기 안테나를 통해 수신된 전파의 주파수를 감지하고, 상기 감지된 주파수가 제1 주파수 대역에 대응되면 상기 제1 제어 신호를 활성화하고, 상기 감지된 주파수가 상기 제1 주파수 대역보다 낮은 제2 주파수 대역에 대응되면 상기 제2 제어 신호를 활성화하는 제어부
를 포함하는 무선 충전 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 충전전력 생성부는
상기 제1 스위치로부터 전달된 전파를 정류하여 직류전력을 생성하는 제1 정류부, 그리고
상기 제1 정류부로부터 출력된 직류전력의 레벨을 상기 배터리의 용량에 맞게 조정하여 상기 충전전력을 생성하는 제1 컨버터를 포함하고,
상기 제2 충전전력 생성부는
상기 제2 스위치로부터 전달된 전파를 정류하여 직류전력을 생성하는 제2 정류부, 그리고
상기 제2 정류부로부터 출력된 직류전력의 레벨을 상기 배터리의 용량에 맞게 조정하여 상기 충전전력을 생성하는 제2 컨버터를 포함하는
무선 충전 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 충전전력 생성부는 제3 제어신호가 활성화되면 상기 제1 컨버터로부터 출력된 충전전력을 상기 배터리에 전달하는 제3 스위치를 더 포함하고,
상기 제2 충전전력 생성부는 제4 제어신호가 활성화되면 상기 제2 컨버터로부터 출력된 충전전력을 상기 배터리에 전달하는 제4 스위치를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 상기 배터리의 충전 상태를 감지하여 그 감지 결과에 따라 상기 제3 제어신호 및 상기 제4 제어신호를 활성화하는
무선 충전 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 안테나를 통해 수신된 전파에 대하여 상기 제1 주파수 대역에 대응하는 제1 임피던스 값으로 임피던스 정합을 수행하는 제1 임피던스 정합부; 및
상기 안테나를 통해 수신된 전파에 대하여 상기 제2 주파수 대역에 대응하는 제2 임피던스 값으로 임피던스 정합을 수행하는 제2 임피던스 정합부를 더 포함하고,
상기 제1 임피던스 정합부의 출력은 상기 제1 스위치로 전달되고,
상기 제2 임피던스 정합부의 출력은 상기 제2 스위치로 전달되는
무선 충전 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1 임피던스 정합부는 상기 안테나의 제1 수신단자 및 제2 수신단자와 연결되고,
상기 제2 임피던스 정합부는 상기 안테나의 제2 수신단자 및 제3 수신단자와 연결되고,
상기 안테나의 제2 수신단자는 상기 제1 수신단자 및 상기 제3 수신단자 사이에 형성된
무선 충전 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 감지된 배터리의 충전 상태를 나타내는 데이터를 상기 전파를 송신한 외부의 송신 장치로 전송하는
무선 충전 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 주파수 대역은 NFC(Near Field Communication) 통신을 위한 주파수 대역이고,
상기 제어부는 상기 안테나를 통해 수신된 전파의 주파수가 상기 제1 주파수대역에 해당하는 경우에 상기 전파에 실린 데이터의 유무에 따라 상기 전파가 상기 NFC 통신을 위한 전파인지 판단하고, 상기 전파가 상기 NFC 통신을 위한 전파인 것으로 판단된 경우에 상기 NFC 통신을 수행하는 NFC 통신 모듈이 동작하도록 제어하고 상기 감지된 배터리의 충전상태와 관계없이 상기 제3 및 제4 제어신호를 비활성화하는
무선 충전 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 NFC 통신 모듈은 상기 무선 충전 장치 내에 위치하는 무선 충전 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 충전전력 생성부 각각은
상기 안테나를 통해 수신된 전파의 클럭을 복원하여 상기 제어부로 출력하는 클럭 복원부; 및
상기 제어부에 의해 감지된 배터리의 충전상태를 나타내는 데이터를 변조하는 변조부를 더 포함하고,
상기 제1 충전전력 생성부는 상기 안테나를 통해 수신된 전파에 실린 데이터를 복조하여 상기 제어부로 출력하는 복조부를 더 포함하는
무선 충전 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 클럭 복원부에 의해 클럭이 복원된 전파의 주파수를 소정의 크기로 분배하고, 상기 분배된 주파수의 펄스 폭을 기준 클럭으로 카운트하고, 상기 안테나를 통해 수신된 전파의 주파수를 상기 카운트된 값을 이용해 판단하는 주파수 판단부를 더 포함하는
무선 충전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 충전전력 생성부는 공진 방식으로 상기 충전전력을 생성하고,
상기 제2 충전전력 생성부는 자기유도 방식으로 상기 충전전력을 생성하는
무선 충전 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 정류부와 상기 제1 스위치 사이에서 과전압으로부터 회로를 보호하는 리미터를 더 포함하는
무선 충전 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 컨버터는 과전압 보호(OVP: Over Voltage Protection) 회로를 더 포함하는
무선 충전 장치.
- 전파를 수신하는 안테나;
복수의 제1 제어 신호에 의해 활성화되는 복수의 캐패시터를 포함하며, 상기 안테나를 통해 수신된 전파에 대하여 임피던스 값으로 임피던스 정합을 수행하는 임피던스 정합부;
상기 임피던스 정합부로부터 출력된 전파를 이용해 배터리 충전을 위한 충전전력을 생성하는 충전전력 생성부; 및
상기 안테나를 통해 수신된 전파의 주파수 대역을 감지하여 그 감지 결과에 따라 상기 임피던스 값을 조정하고, 상기 감지된 주파수 대역에 따라 상기 복수의 제1 제어 신호를 생성하고, 상기 임피던스 정합부로 상기 복수의 제1 제어 신호를 출력하는 제어부
를 포함하는 무선 충전 장치.
- 삭제
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 충전전력 생성부는
상기 임피던스 정합부로부터 출력된 전파를 정류하여 직류전력을 생성하는 정류부;
상기 정류부로부터 출력된 직류전력의 레벨을 상기 배터리의 용량에 맞게 조정하여 상기 충전전력을 생성하는 컨버터; 및
제2 제어신호가 활성화되면 상기 컨버터로부터 출력된 충전전력을 상기 배터리에 전달하는 스위치를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 상기 배터리의 충전 상태를 감지하여 그 감지 결과에 따라 상기 제2 제어신호를 활성화하는
무선 충전 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서,
제3 제어신호에 응답해 활성화되어 NFC(Near Field Communication) 통신을 수행하는 NFC 모듈을 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는
상기 안테나를 통해 수신된 전파의 주파수가 상기 NFC 통신을 위한 주파수 대역에 해당하는 경우에 상기 전파에 실린 데이터의 유무에 따라 상기 전파가 상기 NFC 통신을 위한 전파인지를 판단하고, 상기 전파가 상기 NFC 통신을 위한 전파인 것으로 판단되면 상기 제3 제어신호를 활성화하고 상기 감지된 배터리의 충전 상태와 관계없이 상기 제2 제어신호를 비활성화하는
무선 충전 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,
상기 충전전력 생성부는
상기 안테나를 통해 수신된 전파의 클럭을 복원하여 상기 제어부로 출력하는 클럭 복원부;
상기 제어부에 의해 감지된 배터리의 충전 상태를 나타내는 데이터를 변조하는 변조부; 및
상기 안테나를 통해 수신된 전파에 실린 데이터를 복조하여 상기 제어부로 출력하는 복조부를 더 포함하는
무선 충전 장치.
- 안테나를 통해 전파를 수신하는 단계;
상기 수신된 전파의 주파수가 제1 주파수 대역 및 상기 제1 주파수 대역 보다 낮은 제2 주파수 대역 중 어느 주파수 대역에 해당하는지를 판단하는 단계;
상기 주파수가 제1 주파수 대역에 대응될 경우 제1 제어 신호를 활성화하고, 상기 주파수가 제2 주파수 대역에 대응될 경우 제2 제어 신호를 활성화하는 단계;
제1 충전전력 생성부에 의해, 상기 제1 제어 신호에 응답하여 제1 스위치를 활성화하여, 상기 전파를 이용해 배터리를 충전하는 단계; 및
제2 충전전력 생성부에 의해, 상기 제2 제어 신호에 응답하여 제2 스위치를 활성화하여, 상기 전파를 이용해 상기 배터리를 충전하는 단계
를 포함하는 무선 충전 방법.
