Claims (9)
- 산 및 처리액의 혼합물을 생성하기 위해 산을 산 분해성 오염물을 함유하는 상기 처리액의 흐름으로 도입하는 단계로서, 상기 처리액이 알코올, 글리콜 및 알칸올아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 단계;
상기 혼합물을 상기 산과 상기 산 분해성 오염물의 반응에 의해 형성된 분해 가스가 방출되는 탈가스 저장소로 도입하는 단계; 및
상기 분해 가스를 상기 탈가스 저장소로부터 제거하는 단계; 및
상기 산 분해성 오염물이 없는 상기 탈가스 저장소로부터 처리액을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는, 처리액으로부터 산 분해성 오염물을 제거하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 상기 탈가스 저장소로 도입되기에 앞서 인라인 믹서를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탈가스 저장소로부터 분해성 가스를 스위프하기 위해 스위프 가스(sweep gas)가 상기 탈가스 저장소로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탈가스 저장소가 진공하에 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 처리액이 상기 산과 혼합되기에 앞서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 처리액이 상기 산과 혼합되기에 앞서 상기 처리액으로부터 CO2 및 H2S로부터 선택된 동반된 가스를 제거하기 위해 상기 처리액을 탈가스 구역에 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 탈가스 구역이 진공하에 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 탈가스 구역으로부터 동반된 가스의 제거를 돕기 위해 스위프 가스를 상기 탈가스 구역으로 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- CO2 및 H2S로부터 선택된 동반된 가스를 처리액으로부터 제거하기 위해 산 분해성 오염물을 함유하는 상기 처리액을 진공 상태하에 작동되는 탈가스 구역으로 도입하는 단계로서, 상기 처리액이 알코올, 글리콜 및 알칸올아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 단계;
상기 처리액을 상기 탈가스 구역으로부터 제거하는 단계;
상기 처리액을 산과 혼합하는 단계; 및
상기 산과 상기 산 분해성 오염물의 반응에 기인한 분해 가스를 제거하기 위해 산 및 상기 처리액의 상기 혼합물을 탈가스 저장소로 도입하는 단계를 포함하는, 산 분해성 오염물을 함유하는 처리액을 전처리하는 방법.
