Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 제조예 1에서 제조된 이온성 액체인 1-부틸-3-메틸 이미다졸륨 테트라플루오르보레이트의 1H-NMR 스펙트럼이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예 1에서 제조된 양자점 입자를 공기중에서 상온 보관하는 경우의 일자별 Photoluminescence 스펙트럼이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 비교예 1에서 제조된 양자점 입자를 공기중에서 상온 보관하는 경우의 일자별 Photoluminescence 스펙트럼이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예 1과 비교예 1의 양자점 입자를 공기중에서 상온 보관하는 경우의 Photoluminescence Quantum Yield(PL QY) 변화 그래프이다.

Claims (15)
- 코어/쉘 나노 구조를 갖는 양자점; 및
상기 양자점의 표면에 결합된 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 이온성 액체 화합물;을 포함하며,
상기 양자점과 이온성 액체 화합물의 X- 음이온이 이온결합을 형성하며,
초기 상대 양자수율 QY가 85%이상이고, 25℃ 상온에서 7일간 방치 후 상대 양자수율 QY가 70% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온성 액체가 이온결합된 양자점 입자:

상기 식에서
R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 22의 분지형 또는 비분지형 탄화수소기이며,
X-는 1가의 음이온이며,
상기 탄화수소기는 포화 또는 불포화기를 포함할 수 있다. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양자점의 코어는 III-V족 화합물을 포함하고, 상기 쉘은 알루미늄, 실리콘, 티타늄, 마그네슘 및 아연으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상으로 도핑된 것을 특징으로 하는 이온성 액체가 이온결합된 양자점 입자. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 코어는 GaN, GaP, GaAs, GaSb, AlN, AlP, AlAs, AlSb, InN, InP, InAs, InSb 또는 이들의 혼합물; GaNP, GaNAs, GaNSb, GaPAs, GaPSb, AlNP, AlNAs, AlNSb, AlPAs AlPSb, InNP, InNAs, InNSb, InPAs, InPSb 또는 이들의 혼합물; 및 GaAlNAs, GaAlNSb, GaAlPAs, GaAlPSb, GaInNP, GaInNAs, GaInNSb, GaInPAs, GaInPSb, GaAlNP, InAlNP, InAlNAs, InAlNSb, InAlPAs, InAlPSb 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온성 액체가 이온결합된 양자점 입자. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 코어는 In 및 P 원소를 포함하고, 상기 쉘은 Zn, Se 및 S 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온성 액체가 이온결합된 양자점 입자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1의 이온성 액체에서 X-가 Br-, Cl-, ClO4 -, NO3 -, CH3SO4 -, CH3COO-, BF4 -, PF6 -, CH3COO-, 또는 (CF3SO2)2N-인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온성 액체가 이온결합된 양자점 입자. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 X-가 테트라프루오르보레이트(BF4 - )인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온성 액체가 이온결합된 양자점 입자. - 제1항에 있어서,
R1 및 R2는 배위결합성기를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온성 액체가 이온결합된 양자점 입자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1의 이온성 액체가 1-에틸-3-메틸이미다졸륨테트라프루오르보레이트, 1-프로필-3-메틸이미다졸륨테트라프루오르보레이트, 1-부틸-3-메틸이미다졸륨테트라프루오르보레이트, 1-헵틸-3-메틸이미다졸륨테트라프루오르보레이트, 1-헥실-3-메틸이미다졸륨테트라프루오르보레이트, 1-알릴-3-메틸이미다졸륨테트라프루오르보레이트, 1-(2-부테닐)-3-메틸이미다졸륨테트라프루오르보레이트, 1-(2-펜테닐)-3-메틸이미다졸륨테트라프루오르보레이트, 1,3-디에틸이미다졸륨테트라프루오르보레이트, 1-프로필-3-에틸이미다졸륨테트라프루오르보레이트, 1-부틸-3-에틸이미다졸륨테트라프루오르보레이트, 1-헥실-3-에틸이미다졸륨테트라프루오르보레이트, 1-아릴-3-에틸이미다졸륨테트라프루오르보레이트, 1-(2-부테닐)-3-에틸이미다졸륨테트라프루오르보레이트, 및 1-(2-펜테닐)-3-에틸이미다졸륨테트라프루오르보레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온성 액체가 이온결합된 양자점 입자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식1의 이온성 액체는 이미다졸 유도체와 알킬할라이드 화합물의 반응으로 염형태의 화합물을 얻고, 이것을 X- 음이온으로 교환하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온성 액체가 이온결합된 양자점 입자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양자점 입자는 입자 표면에 배위 결합된 리간드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온성 액체가 이온결합된 양자점 입자. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
양자점에 이온성 액체의 도입 후 입자 수득률이 이온성 액체의 도입 전 양자점 원액 100mL당 1.80g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온성 액체가 이온결합된 양자점 입자. - 코어/쉘 나노 구조를 갖는 양자점; 및
상기 양자점의 표면에 결합된 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 이온성 액체 화합물;을 포함하며;
상기 양자점과 이온성 액체 화합물의 X- 음이온이 이온결합을 형성하며;
상기 양자점의 코어는 In 및 P 원소를 포함하고, 상기 쉘은 Zn, Se 및 S 원소 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소를 포함하며;
초기 상대 양자수율 QY가 85% 이상이고, 광발광 스펙트럼이 50nm 이하의 반치폭을 가지며, 25℃ 상온에서 7일간 방치 후 양자수율 QY가 70% 이상인 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 이온성 액체가 이온결합된 양자점 입자:

(b) 상기 (a)단계에서 이온결합이 형성된 양자점을 회수하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 이온결합은 양자점과 이온성 액체 화합물의 X- 음이온의 결합에 의하여 형성되며,
초기 상대 양자수율 QY가 85% 이상이고, 25℃ 상온에서 7일간 방치 후 상대 양자수율 QY가 70% 이상인 것을 특징으로하는 이온성 액체가 이온결합된 양자점 입자의 제조방법:
