Claims (13)
- 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,
유연성을 가지는 디스플레이 패널;
상기 디스플레이 패널을 상기 디스플레이 장치의 제1 회로 기판으로 연결시켜주는 가요성 인쇄회로 기판;
상기 가요성 인쇄회로 기판의 일단과 타단 사이의 일면에 장착되며 상기 디스플레이 패널을 구동하도록 되어 있는 집적회로 칩; 및
상기 디스플레이 패널의 배면에 부착되는 보호 부재로서, 부분적으로 상기 가요성 인쇄회로 기판과 상기 디스플레이 패널의 배면 사이에 배치된 상기 보호 부재; 및
상기 가요성 인쇄회로 기판의 아래에 배치되며, 상기 집적회로 칩이 수용될 수 있는 수용홈을 형성하고 있는 브라켓을 포함하고,
상기 가요성 인쇄회로 기판은,
상기 일단에서 상기 디스플레이 패널과 연결되고, 상기 타단에서 상기 제1 회로 기판과 연결되며,
상기 보호 부재의 아래에서 부분적으로 상기 집적회로 칩과 상기 보호 부재 사이에 배치되고,
상기 일면의 반대인 타면에 형성되어 상기 디스플레이 패널과 직접 연결된 제1 인쇄회로 패턴과, 상기 일면에 형성되어 상기 집적회로 칩에 직접 연결된 제2 인쇄회로 패턴을 포함하고,
상기 제1 인쇄회로 패턴과 상기 제2 인쇄회로 패턴이 전기적으로 연결된 유연성 디스플레이 장치.

상기 가요성 인쇄회로 기판과 상기 보호 부재 사이에 형성된 접착층을 더 구비하고,
상기 가요성 인쇄회로 기판의 일부분이 상기 접착층을 통해 상기 보호 부재에 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 유연성 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 가요성 인쇄회로 기판이 부분적으로 상기 디스플레이 패널의 배면 상에 위치했을 때, 상기 제1 회로 기판은 적어도 부분적으로 상기 보호 부재와 마주하게 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 유연성 디스플레이 장치.
- 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 회로 기판과 상기 보호 부재 사이에 형성된 접착층을 더 구비하고,
상기 제1 회로 기판의 일부분이 상기 접착층을 통해 상기 보호 부재에 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 유연성 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1 항 및 제5 항 내지 제7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 브라켓은 상기 디스플레이 배면에서 적어도 상기 보호 부재를 감싸게 제공되고,
상기 가요성 인쇄회로 기판은 적어도 부분적으로 상기 브라켓과 보호 부재 사이에 개재되며, 상기 집적회로 칩을 상기 수용홈에 수용시킴을 특징으로 하는 유연성 디스플레이 장치.

- 제11 항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이 패널과 보호 부재 사이에 형성되는 접착층을 더 구비함을 특징으로 하는 유연성 디스플레이 장치.
- 제11 항 내지 제12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호 부재는 상기 디스플레이 패널의 둘레 및 배면을 감싸게 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 유연성 디스플레이 장치.
