Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따라 측면 광전달 시스템에서 빛이 전달되는 모습을 개략적으로 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 금속나노입자, 발광물질 및 폴리머를 포함한 필름 내에서 빛이 전달되는 개략도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 발광강도를 측정하는 공정을 대략적으로 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 실시예 1 및 비교예 1, 실시예 2 및 비교예 2에서 유리 측면에서 발광강도에 대한 그래프를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (10)
- 투명한 유리 및
상기 유리 일면에 금나노입자, 발광물질 및 폴리머를 포함한 코팅물질이 코팅되어
빛이 코팅물질 통과 후 유리 내에서 반사를 통해 측면으로 전달되고,
상기 유리는 복수층으로 구성되며, 상기 유리 사이에는 공기층이 형성되고,
상기 발광물질로는 Yellow형광체인 MACROLEX Fluorescent Yellow 10GN, Red형광체인 MACROLEX Fluorescent Red G, 혹은 DCM, Green형광체인 Cumarine6, 및 Blue형광체인 Cumarin466 중 어느 하나이고,
상기 코팅물질에서 상기 발광물질은 0.2~2.0wt% 포함되며, 상기 금나노입자는 0.002~0.02wt% 포함된 측면 광전달 시스템.
- 금나노입자, 발광물질, 폴리머로 구성된 필름으로
빛이 필름 내부에서 반사를 통해 측면으로 전달되고,
상기 필름은 복수층으로 구성되며, 상기 필름 사이에는 공기층이 형성되고,
상기 발광물질로는 Yellow형광체인 MACROLEX Fluorescent Yellow 10GN, Red형광체인 MACROLEX Fluorescent Red G, 혹은 DCM, Green형광체인 Cumarine6, 및 Blue형광체인 Cumarin466 중 어느 하나이고,
상기 코팅물질에서 상기 발광물질은 0.2~2.0wt% 포함되며, 상기 금나노입자는 0.002~0.02wt% 포함된 측면 광전달 시스템.
