Claims (5)
- 미생물을 접종한 배지가 수용되는 배양기(100)를 포함하는 미생물 인큐베이터 시스템에 있어서,
배양기(100) 내부의 밝기를 감지하는 조도감지수단(111)과, 배양기(100) 내부를 설정된 밝기로 유지하는 조명(112)으로 구성되는 조도조절부(110);
배양기(100) 내부의 온도를 감지하는 온도감지수단(121)과, 배양기(100) 내부를 가열하는 전열수단(122)으로 구성되는 온도조절부(120);
상기 배양기(100) 내부에 자외선을 조사하되, 수용된 배지의 미생물을 사멸시키며 증식을 억제하는 UV 램프(130);
상기 배양기(100) 내부에 설치되어 수용된 배지를 촬영하는 영상취득부(140);
상기 배양기(100) 제어를 위한 동작신호를 입력받고, 배양기(100)의 상태정보를 출력하는 인터페이스부(150);
타이머 회로 및 상기 동작신호를 기반으로 상기 조도조절부(110) 및 온도조절부(120)를 제어하여 설정된 온도 및 밝기를 유지하되, 상기 영상취득부(140)에서 취득된 영상을 보정 및 노이즈를 제거 후 2차화하는 전처리부(162)와 2차화된 영상으로부터 계수를 위한 콜로니 부분을 추출하는 추출부(163)와 추출된 콜로니의 외형적 특징점을 분석하는 분석부(164)를 포함하여 배지 촬영 영상을 처리하여 콜로니를 모니터링하는 영상처리부(161)와, 처리된 영상으로부터 콜로니 수를 파악하는 계수부(165)와, 모니터링된 콜로니 형상을 통해 설정된 수치 이상으로 증식함에 따라 상호 인접한 콜로니가 붙을 경우 일차적으로 상기 온도조절부(120)를 통해 배양공간 내 온도를 설정된 비율로 낮추어 증식을 억제하고 이후 배지 모니터링 결과 설정된 값 이상으로 미생물 증식이 발견될 경우 상기 UV 램프(130)를 동작시켜 콜로니를 계수 가능한 수준으로 추가적인 증식을 막아 미생물의 수치를 낮추어 원활한 계수가 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 증식억제부(166)와, 상기 조도조절부(110) 및 온도조절부(120)와 UV 램프(130)의 동작상황을 상태정보로서 상기 인터페이스부(150)에 인가하는 제어부(160);
복수의 배양기 간의 상호 통신을 지원하는 연동부(170);
상기 연동부(170)와 연계하여 각각의 배양기로부터의 동작신호 및 상태정보와 분석된 콜로니 외형적 특징점 및 계수결과를 보고서 형태로 작성하여 출력하는 리포팅부(210);
배지에 적용되는 작업일자, 미생물 종류, 배율에 관한 정보를 포함하는 바코드를 출력하는 바코드처리부(220); 로 이루어지되,
상기 제어부(160)는, 상기 영상취득부(140)를 통해 배지에 붙은 바코드를 촬영 및 인식하여 포함된 정보를 취득하는 바코드인식부(167)와, 입력된 동작신호와 취득된 상태정보 및 배지 모니터링에 따른 영상분석결과를 미생물별로 분류하여 저장하는 데이터베이스부(169)와, 동일 또는 유사한 것으로 분류된 미생물의 배양작업시 상기 데이터베이스부(169)에 저장된 정보를 검색 및 분석하여 미생물 과다 증식으로 상호 인접한 콜로니가 붙어 계수가 불가능한 온도 및 조도 조건을 확인하고 상기 인터페이스부(150)를 통해 출력하는 학습부(168)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물 자동관리 인큐베이터 시스템. - 삭제
