Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시형태는 도금 강판에 오스테나이트계 스테인리스 강관의 개구부를 접촉시킨 후, 이 접촉된 부위에 보호가스를 분사하면서 용접하는 용접방법으로서, 상기 보호가스는 체적%로, 2~5%의 O2 및 잔부 Ar이고, 상기 용접시 용접재료는 페라이트계 스테인리스인 도금강판과 오스테나이트계 스테인리스 강관의 용접방법을 제공한다.

Claims (5)
- Zn-Mg-Al계 용융 합금도금강판에 오스테나이트계 스테인리스 강관의 개구부를 접촉시킨 후, 이 접촉된 부위에 보호가스를 분사하면서 용접하는 용접방법으로서,
상기 Zn-Mg-Al계 용융 합금도금강판은 인장강도가 540MPa 이상이며,
상기 보호가스는 체적%로, 3~5%의 O2 및 잔부 Ar이고,
상기 용접시 용접재료는 페라이트계 스테인리스이며, 중량%로, Cr: 18~30% 및 Ni: 0.2~9%를 포함하는 도금강판과 오스테나이트계 스테인리스 강관의 용접방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 용접은 MIG 용접인 도금강판과 오스테나이트계 스테인리스 강관의 용접방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 Zn-Mg-Al계 용융 합금도금강판은 도금부착량이 편면당 20~250g/m2인 도금강판과 오스테나이트계 스테인리스 강관의 용접방법. - 삭제
