- 파라코커스 해운댄시스(Paracoccus haeundaensis); 및 락토바실러스 브레비스(Lactobacillus brevis), 락토바실러스 헬베티쿠스(Lactobacillus helveticus) 및 락토바실러스 사케이(Lactobacillus sakei)에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 유산균주를 혼합 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 아스타잔틴(astaxanthin) 및 가바(γ-aminobutyric acid; GABA)의 동시 생산 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 배양은 탈지유(skim milk), 트립톤(triptone), 효모추출물(yeast extract), 글루코오스(glucose), 염화나트륨(NaCl) 및 MSG(mono sodium glutamate)가 포함된 배지에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 배양은 배양 온도가 20~27 ℃이고, 교반속도가 120~160 rpm이며, 에어레이션(aeration)이 0.05 vvm인 조건에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합 배양은 48~72시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 파라코커스 해운댄시스(Paracoccus haeundaensis); 및 락토바실러스 브레비스(Lactobacillus brevis), 락토바실러스 헬베티쿠스(Lactobacillus helveticus) 및 락토바실러스 사케이(Lactobacillus sakei)에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 유산균주를 포함하는 아스타잔틴(astaxanthin) 및 가바(γ-aminobutyric acid; GABA)의 동시 생산용 조성물.
