Claims (15)
- PLA 수지 및 바이오 수지의 블렌드 수지를 포함하고,
상기 블렌드 수지는 온도 차이가 41℃ 내지 44℃인 2개의 융점을 갖는
생분해성 비드 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바이오 수지는 폴리하이드록시알카노에이트(PHA), 폴리부티렌 숙시네이트(PBS), 폴리부티레네아디페이트-코-부티렌숙시네이트(PBSA), 폴리부티렌아디페이트테레프탈레이트(PBAT), 폴리하이드록시부티레이트발러레이트(PHBV), 폴리비닐알코올(PVA), 폴리글리콜산(PGA), 폴리(에스테르-아미드)(PEA), 폴리(에스테르-우레탄)(PEU) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는
생분해성 비드 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 PLA 수지는 D-락트산을 0 내지 5 중량%, L-락트산을 95 내지 100 중량% 함유하는 모노머 성분으로부터 중합되어 형성된
생분해성 비드 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 블렌드 수지는 상기 PLA 수지 50 중량% 내지 95 중량% 및 상기 바이오 수지 5 중량% 내지 50 중량%를 포함하는
생분해성 비드 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
독립 기포율이 80% 내지 98%인
생분해성 비드 발포체
- PLA 수지 및 바이오 수지를 혼합하여 온도의 차이가 41℃ 내지 44℃인 2개의 융점을 갖는 블렌드 수지를 제조하는 단계;
상기 블렌드 수지를 압출기에 넣고 용융시키는 단계;
상기 블렌드 수지를 연속 압출 발포시켜 1차 발포체를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 1차 발포체를 성형틀에 투입한 후 열성형하여 2차 발포체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는
생분해성 비드 발포체 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 블렌드 수지를 압출기에 넣고 용융시키는 단계는
150℃ 내지 200℃에서 수행되는
생분해성 비드 발포체 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 1차 발포체를 제조하는 단계는
상기 블렌드 수지를 연속 압출 발포시킨 후에 60℃ 이하로 급속 냉각시키는 단계를 더 포함하는
생분해성 비드 발포체 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 1차 발포체는 독립 기포율이 90% 내지 98%인
생분해성 비드 발포체 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 블렌드 수지를 제조하는 단계는
상기 블렌드 수지에 발포제를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는
생분해성 비드 발포체 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 블렌드 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 발포제를 5 내지 10 중량부 첨가하는
생분해성 비드 발포체 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 발포제는 질소 또는 이산화탄소를 포함하는
생분해성 비드 발포체 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 블렌드 수지를 제조하는 단계는
상기 블렌드 수지에 상용화제를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는
생분해성 비드 발포체 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 블렌드 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 상용화제를 0.5 내지 5 중량부 첨가하는
생분해성 비드 발포체 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 상용화제는 무수말레인산(MA, Maleic Anhydride), 무수말레인산이 그래프트된 폴리락트산(MAG-PLA, Maleic Anhydride grafted PLA), 이소시아네이트계 화합물, 에폭시계 화합물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는
생분해성 비드 발포체 제조방법.
